Abstract

GAMBARAN KEPATUHAN IBU HAMIL DALAM MENGKONSUMSI TABLET Fe DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS I MENDOYO TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Anemia akibat kekurangan asupan zat besi merupakan penyebab Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) yang masih menjadi permasalahan di dunia. Hal tersebut dapat dicegah dengan mengkonsumsi tablet Fe, minimal 90 tablet selama kehamilan. Namun masih masih jadi permasalahan bahwa ada saja ibu hamil yang tidak patuh dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe yang diberikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan Kepatuhan Ibu Hamil Dalam Mengkonsumsi Tablet Fe Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas I Mendoyo Tahun 2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas I Mendoyo melalui teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 58 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan instrument kuisioner yang dibuat oleh peneliti. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa ibu hamil di wilayah kerja puskesmas I Mendoyo tahun 2022, sudah patuh sebanyak 37 ibu hamil (63,8%) sedangkan yang tidak patuh sebanyak 21 responde (39,2%). Dilihat berdasarkan karakteristik ibu hamil, ibu hamil dengan pendidikan Akademik/Perguruan Tinggi merupakan yang terbanyak patuh yaitu 17 responden (29,3%), berdasarkan umur kehamilan responden patuh terbanyak yaitu Trimester II dan Trimester III yaitu 16 responden (27,6%), dan berdasarkan paritas responden yang patuh terbanyak yaitu Multipara dengan jumlah 15 responden (25,9%). Kata Kunci : Kepatuhan, tablet Fe, ibu hamil. DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPLIANCE OF PREGNANT WOMEN IN CONSUMING Fe TABLETS IN THE WORK AREA OF MENDOYO HEALTH CENTER I IN 2022 ABSTRACT Anemia due to lack of iron intake is the cause of the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) which is still a problem in the world. This can be prevented by taking Fe tablets, at least 90 tablets during pregnancy. However, it is still a problem that there are pregnant women who are not obedient in consuming the Fe tablets that are given. The purpose of this study was to describe the compliance of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets in the work area of Puskesmas I Mendoyo in 2022. The method used in this study was a quantitative descriptive type with a cross-sectional approach which was carried out in the working area of Puskesmas I Mendoyo through purposive sampling technique as many as 58 respondents. The data collected in this study is primary data with a questionnaire instrument made by the researcher. The results of this study found that pregnant women in the working area of the Puskesmas I Mendoyo in 2022, had obeyed as many as 37 pregnant women (63.8%) while those who did not comply were 21 respondents (39.2%). Judging by the characteristics of pregnant women, pregnant women with academic/college education were the most obedient, namely 17 respondents (29.3%), based on gestational age, the most obedient respondents were in the second trimester and third trimester, namely 16 respondents (27.6%), and based on parity, the most obedient respondents were Multipara with 15 respondents (25.9%).
