Abstract

ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “EA” UMUR 25 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 23 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan Dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas I Denpasar Utara ABSTRAK Asuhan kebidanan continuity of care adalah salah satu upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak serta menurunkan angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Laporan akhir untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu primigravida “EA” berusia 25 tahun berserta bayinya yang mendapat asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar dan berkesinambungan mulai kehamilan 23 minggu sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Asuhan dimulai Bulan Oktober 2025 hingga April 2026 menggunakan metode wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi dan dokumentasi. Asuhan Ibu “EA” sudah sesuai standar 12T. Asuhan komplementer yaitu kelas ibu hamil, gym ball, aromaterapi, teknik rebozo, pijat oksitosin, senam kagel, dan pijat bayi. Proses persalinan Ibu “EA” berlangsung fisiologis tanpa penyulit, kala I 13 jam, kala II 1 jam 5 menit, kala III 5 menit, dan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir pukul 19.50 WITA tangis kuat, gerak aktif, kulit kemerahan, bayi cukup bulan dengan BBL 3350 gram. Proses kehamilan, persalinan, masa nifas Ibu “EA” berlangsung fisiologis, bayi dalam keadaan sehat, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sesuai. Keadaan menunjukkan penulis, bidan, dan keluarga telah memberikan asuhan sesuai kewenangan dan standar pelayanan kebidanan. Kata Kunci: Continuity of Care, Kehamilan, Persalinan, Nifas, Bayi MIDWIFERY CARE FOR 25 YEAR OLD PRIMIGRAVIDA MOTHER "EA" FROM 23 WEEKS OF GESTATION TO 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM Care Provided in the Working Area of the North Denpasar I Community Health Center ABSTRACT Maternal and midwifery services, reduce maternal and infant mortality. Final report to find out the results of the implementation of obstetric care for a 25-year-old primigravida mother "EA" and her baby who received obstetric care according to standards and continuously from 23 weeks of pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum period. Care starts from October 2025 to April 2026 using interview, examination, observation and documentation methods. The care of Mrs. "EA" is in accordance with the 12T standard. Complementary care is pregnant women's classes, gym ball, aromatherapy, rebozo techniques, oxytocin massage, kagel exercises, and baby massage. The delivery process of Mrs. "EA" took place physiologically without complications, period I was 13 hours, period II was 1 hour 5 minutes, period III was 5 minutes, and period IV was within normal limits. The baby was born at 19.50 WITA crying strongly, active movements, reddish skin, fullterm baby with BBL 3350 grams. The process of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period of Mrs. "EA" took place physiologically, the baby was in good health, growth and development were appropriate. The circumstances show that the author, midwife, and family have provided care according to the authority and standards of midwifery services.
