Abstract

GAMBARAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN PADA IBU HAMIL DI PUSKESMAS KINTAMANI VI KABUPATEN BANGLI PROVINSI BALI ABSTRAK Kehamilan merupakan suatu keadaan alami dan fisiologis yang dimulai dengan konsepsi dan berlanjut menjadi fetus yang normal, diakhiri dengan proses persalinan. Kadar hemoglobin dalam darah merupakan indikator laboratorium yang digunakan untuk mengetahui prevalensi anemia pada ibu hamil. Hemoglobin berfungsi untuk transportasi oksigen beserta nutrisi keseluruh jaringan tubuh. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kintamani VI Kabupaten Bangli-Bali. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik sampling non probability secara purposive sampling. Pengukuran hemoglobin menggunakan metode POCT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada 35 ibu hamil sebanyak 15 orang (42,9%) memiliki kadar hemoglobin rendah dan 20 orang (57,1%) memiliki kadar hemoglobin normal. Diperoleh hasil dominan kadar hemoglobin normal pada usia 20-35 tahun sebanyak 18 orang (51,4%) dan usia kehamilan trimester 1 sebanyak 14 orang (40%). Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan dominan responden dengan kadar hemoglobin kategori rendah pada jarak kehamilan 0 tahun sebanyak 10 orang (28,6%) dan pada pada kehamilan pertama sebanyak 10 orang (28,6%). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar responden ibu hamil memiliki kadar hemoglobin normal. Kata Kunci: hemoglobin, ibu hamil, anemia DESCRIPTION OF URIC ACID LEVELS IN ELDERLY AT PUSKESMAS SUSUT I BANGLI REGENCY BALI ABSTRACT Pregnancy is a natural and physiological condition that begins with conception and continues to become a normal fetus, ending with the birth process. Hemoglobin levels in the blood are a laboratory indicator used to determine the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women. Hemoglobin functions to transport oxygen and nutrients throughout the body's tissues. The aim of the research was to determine the description of hemoglobin levels in pregnant women at the Kintamani VI Community Health Center, Bangli-Bali Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research using non-probability sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Hemoglobin measurement uses the POCT method. The results showed that of 35 pregnant women, 15 people (42.9%) had low hemoglobin levels and 20 people (57.1%) had normal hemoglobin levels. Obtained dominant results of normal hemoglobin levels at the age of 20-35 years were 18 people (51.4%) and 14 (40%) in the first trimester of pregnancy. The research results also showed that there were 10 people (28.6%) dominant in the low category of hemoglobin levels in the 0-year pregnancy interval and 10 people (28.6%) in the first pregnancy.
