Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA PASIEN PPOK DENGAN PEMBERIAN TRIPOD POSITION DAN PURSED LIP BREATHING DI RSUD BANGLI ABSTRAK Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronik (PPOK) merupakan suatu kondisi paru yang ditandai dengan gejala pernapasan kronis (dispnea, batuk, produksi sputum dan/atau eksaserbasi) akibat kelainan saluran napas (bronkitis, bronkiolitis) dan/atau alveoli (emfisema) yang menyebabkan penyakit paru persisten, serta bisa menyebabkan obstruksi aliran udara. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan mengetahui asuhan keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif dengan pemberian posisi tripod dan pursed lips breathing pada pasien PPOK di Ruang Cempaka RSUD Bangli. Karya ilmiah ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan pada 09-12 Mei 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan data pengkajian pasien mengeluh sesak napas, batuk tidak efektif, tidak mampu batuk, produksi sputum berlebih, ronkhi, RR: 25x/menit. Diagnosis keperawatan yaitu bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif berhubungan dengan ghipersekresi pada jalan napas. Rencana keperawatan meliputi tujuan dan kriteria hasil dengan luaran bersihan jalan napas meningkat, label intervensi keperawatan manajemen jalan napas dan latihan batuk efektif. Implementasi keperawatan memberikan terapi inovasi teknik pemberian posisi tripod dan pursed lips breathing. Evaluasi keperawatan yang didapat setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3x24 jam pola napas membaik. Simpulan dari penelitian ini, pemberian teknik posisi tripod dan pursed lips breathing mampu mengatasi bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif, diharapkan terapi inovasi posisi tripod dan pursed lips breathing yang dilakukan secara rutin efektif dalam mengatasi masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Kata Kunci: Bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif, PPOK, Tripod Position dan Pursed Lip Breathing NURSING CARE INEFECTIVE AIRWAY CLEARANCE FOR COPD PATIENTS BY PROVIDING TRIPOD POSITION AND PURSED LIP BREATHING AT RSUD BANGLI ABSTRACT Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a lung condition characterized by chronic respiratory symptoms (dyspnea, cough, sputum production and/or exacerbations) due to abnormalities of the airways (bronchitis, bronchiolitis) and/or alveoli (emphysema) which causes persistent lung disease, and can cause airflow obstruction. This scientific work aims to determine whether airway clearance nursing care is ineffective by providing a tripod position and pursed lips breathing in COPD patients in the Cempaka Room at Bangli Regional Hospital. This scientific work uses a descriptive method with a case study approach which was carried out on 09-12 May 2024. The results of the research show that the study data showed that patients complained of shortness of breath, ineffective coughing, inability to cough, excessive sputum production, rales, RR: 25x/minute. The nursing diagnosis is ineffective airway clearance related to hypersecretion in the airway. The nursing plan includes goals and outcome criteria with outcomes of increased airway clearance, labeled nursing interventions for airway management and effective cough exercises. Implementation of nursing provides innovative therapy, techniques for providing tripod positions and pursed lips breathing. Nursing evaluation obtained after nursing care for 3 x 24 hours improved breathing patterns. The conclusion of this research is that the tripod position and pursed lips breathing technique is able to overcome ineffective airway clearance. It is hoped that the innovative therapy of tripod position and pursed lips breathing which is carried out routinely will be effective in overcoming the problem of ineffective airway clearance.
