Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF KNOWLEDGE LEVEL ON MAINTENANCE OF DENTAL AND ORAL HEALTH CARE BEFORE AND AFTER ONLINE AND OFFLINE COUNSELING (Study Conducted To Stundents In Class IV and V SD Negeri 2 Culik, Karangasem District In 2022) ABSTRACT Maintenance of dental and oral health is one of the efforts to improve health. One of the factors that influence health problems is the knowledge factor.The purpose of this study was to describe the level of knowledge of fourth and fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Culik about how to maintain oral and dental health before and after counseling with online and offline methods in Karangasem Regency year 2022. This type of research is descriptive research. The results showed that the level of knowledge in students before being given counseling using the online method with each criterion was sufficient and less (50%), while the offline method was mostly lacking in criteria (55%), then after being given online counseling increased to (90%), while after being given offline counseling increased to (100%). The average knowledge of students Before counseling with the online method the average level of knowledge was 55.50 (less criteria) while the offline counseling method had an average level of knowledge of 55.75 (less criteria). After being given counseling the average level of knowledge with the online method became 92.25 (good criteria) while the offline method became 95.50 (good criteria). The increase in the average level of knowledge of students in grades IV and V about dental and oral health maintenance from average to less than average to good criteria and with offline method the value is higher. Keywords : Knowledge, Counseling, Students, Dental And Oral Health GAMBARAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN TENTANG CARA MEMELIHARA KESEHATAN GIGI DAN MULUT SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH PENYULUHAN SECARA DARING DAN LURING (Kajian Dilakukan pada Siswa Kelas IV dan V SD Negeri 2 Culik Kabupaten Karangasem Tahun 2022) ABSTRAK Pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi dan mulut merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi masalah kesehatan adalah faktor pengetahuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan siswa kelas IV dan V di SD Negeri 2 Culik tentang cara memelihara kesehatan gigi dan mulut sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan dengan metode daring dan luring di Kabupaten Karangasem Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkkan tingkat pengetahuan siswa sebelum diberikan penyuluhan dengan metode daring dengan kriteria masing-masing cukup dan kurang (50%), sedangkan dengan metode luring paling banyak pada kriteria kurang (55%), kemudian setelah diberikan penyuluhan daring meningkat menjadi (90%), sedangkan setelah diberikan penyuluhan luring meningkat menjadi (100%). Rata-rata pengetahuan siswa sebelum penyuluhan dengan metode daring rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan sebesar 55,50 (krieria kurang) sedangkan penyuluhan dengan metode luring rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan sebesar 55,75 (kriteria kurang). Sesudah diberikan penyuluhan rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan dengan metode daring menjadi 92,25 (kriteria baik) sedangkan penyuluhan dengan metode luring menjadi 95,50 (kriteria baik). Simpulannya meningkatnya frekuensi tingkat pengetahuan siswa sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan dengan metode daring dan luring dari kriteria kurang menjadi kriteria baik dan dengan metode luring nilainya lebih tinggi.
