Abstract
Pregnancy is a physiological thing that happens to women. Every pregnancy there will be changes, both physical and psychological changes in the mother. Not infrequently these changes will cause discomfort felt by the mother. Back pain in pregnant women in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters is a common complaint that often occurs among pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the description of the level of back pain in pregnant women in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters in the working area of the Buleleng Health Center 1. The type of research used was descriptive with a cross sectional approach. Sampling used a total sampling technique of 45 pregnant women in the working area of the Buleleng Health Center 1. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a google form/questionnaire sheet. The results of this study describe pregnant women who experience back pain with mild pain scale as many as 20 people (44%), moderate pain as many as 18 people (40%), and severe pain as many as 7 people (16%). The conclusion is that most pregnant women experience mild pain as many as 20 respondents (44%). Suggestions for pregnant women from health workers are to provide information to pregnant women in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters about the factors that affect back pain during pregnancy, so that pregnant women can avoid it.
