Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MOTHER "T" AGE 27 YEARS MULTIGRAVIDA FROM GESTATION AGE 34 WEEKS 4 DAYS UP TO 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM PERIOD This case was taken in the Work Area of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Soulth Denpasar I Health Center Office, Denpasar District in 2025 ABSTRACT Pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum are normal conditions experienced by a woman. The purpose of this case study is to describe the results of the implementation of maternal midwifery care during pregnancy from 34 weeks 4 days to 42 days of postpartum. During pregnancy, care was in accordance with the standard plus prenatal yoga, but two problems were found in the mother, namely the mother's BMI was low and the mother had not done a second laboratory. Labor did not take place according to the standard because the vaginal examination was carried out for less than 4 hours without indication, labor took place at term gestational age and there were no complications, the author provided maternal care, birthingball and lower back massage which could reduce the intensity of maternal pain, the length of the first stage was 4 hours 25 minutes, the length of the second stage was 30 minutes, the length of the third stage was 15 minutes. During the postpartum period, visits and care were carried out according to the standard, there were no complications. Newborns were given care according to the standard, care was given until 42 days, immunization and additional baby massage care, there were no complications. Based on the results of the care that has been provided, it can be concluded that the implementation of care for Mother "T" from pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum took place physiologically. Keywoard: Pregnancy, birth normal, postpartum, neonate, midwifery care ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “T” UMUR 27 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI USIA KEHAMILAN 34 MINGGU 4 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas IV Denpasar Selatan Tahun 2025 ABSTRAK Kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas adalah suatu kondisi yang normal yang dialami oleh seorang wanita. Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah mendeskripsikan hasil penerapan dari asuhan kebidanan ibu selama kehamilan dari 34minggu 4 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Pada masa kehamilan asuhan sudah sesuai dengan standar di tambah memberikan yoga prenatal, namun ditemukan dua masalah pada ibu yaitu IMT ibu kurang dan ibu belum melakukan laboratorium kedua. Persalinan berlangsung tidak sesuai standar dikarenakan melakukan pemeriksaan dalam vagina kurang dari 4 jam tanpa indikasi, persalinan berlangsung pada umur kehamilan aterm dan tidak ada penyulit, penulis memberikan asuhan sayang ibu, birthingball dan massase punggung bawah yang dapat mengurangi intensitas nyeri ibu, lama kala I yaitu 4 jam 25 menit, lama kala II yaitu 30 menit, lama kala III yaitu 15 menit. Ketika masa nifas, telah dilakukan kunjungan serta asuhan yang sesuai dengan standar, tidak ada komplikasi. Pada bayi baru lahir telah diberikan asuhan sesuai standar, asuhan diberikan sampai 42 hari, imunisasi dan tambahan asuhan pijat bayi, tidak ada komplikasi. Berdasarkan hasil asuhan yang telah diberikan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan asuhan pada Ibu “T” dari kehamilan sampai 42 hari masa nifas berlangsung secara fisiologis.
