Abstract

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MOTHER’S BEHAVIOR REGARDING CLEAN AND HEALTHY LIVING LIVING BEHAVIOR AND DIARRHEA IN INFANTS IN THE WORKING AREA PUSKESMAS KUTA II ABSTRACT Level of service for diarrhea cases in Bali is the 3rd lowest with a proportion of 9.9%. In 2019 in the Kuta area, 27.7% of children under five experienced diarrhea and in 2021 it increased to 37.4%. The aim of the study was to analyze the relationship between maternal behavior regarding clean and healthy living with indicators of exclusive breastfeeding, hand washing, use of clean water, and healthy latrines with the incidence of diarrhea in infants in the Kuta II Health Center area. This type of research is correlation with cross sectional design. The total population is 43 people using the slovin formula, it is found that the number of samples is 39 people which is completed to 43 people. Sampling technique with purposive sampling. data analysis using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using theta association. The results of the study showed that mothers had good PHBS (51.2%), mothers who had sufficient PHBS (32.6%), and mothers who had less PHBS (16.3%). While infants who experienced diarrhea (30.2%) and those who did not have diarrhea (69.8%). The test results of the analysis of the relationship between maternal behavior regarding clean and healthy living with the incidence of diarrhea in infants in the Kuta II Health Center area using the Theta Association calculation with a significance level of 0.05 obtained Theta value (θ) = 0.823 = 0.70-0.90 this means Ha accepted. In conclusion, there is a relationship between maternal behavior regarding clean and healthy living with the incidence of diarrhea in infants in the Kuta II Health Center area. Keywords : healthy clean living, incidence diarrhea HUBUNGAN PERILAKU IBU TENTANG HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT DENGAN KEJADIAN DIARE PADA BAYI DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS KUTA II TAHUN 2023 ABSTRAK Tingkat pelayanan kasus diare di Bali menduduki urutan ke-3 paling rendah dengan persentase 9,9%. Tahun 2019 di wilayah Kuta ditemukan 27,7% balita mengalami diare dan pada tahun 2021 mengalami kenaikan menjadi 37,4%. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis hubungan perilaku ibu tentang hidup bersih dan sehat dengan indikator pemberian ASI Ekslusif, mencuci tangan, penggunaan air bersih, dan jamban sehat dengan kejadian diare pada bayi di wilayah Puskesmas Kuta II. Jenis penelitian adalah korelasi dengan desain cross sectional. Jumlah populasi dan jumlah sampel 43 orang. Teknik pengampilan sampel dengan purposive sampling . analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan asosiasi theta. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Ibu yang ber-PHBS baik (51,2%), ibu yang ber-PHBS cukup (32,6%), dan ibu yang ber-PHBS kurang (16,3%). Sedangkan bayi yang mengalami kejadian diare (30,2%) dan yang tidak diare (69,8%). Hasil uji analisis hubungan perilaku ibu tentang hidup bersih dan sehat dengan kejadian diare pada bayi di wilayah Puskesmas Kuta II menggunakan perhitungan Asosiasi Theta dengan tingkat kemaknaan 0,05 didapatkan nilai Theta (θ)= 0,823 = 0,70-0,90 ini berarti Ha diterima. Kesimpulannya ada hubungan perilaku ibu tentang hidup bersih dan sehat dengan kejadian diare pada bayi di wilayah Puskesmas Kuta II. Kata kunci : Hidup bersih sehat,kejadian diare.
