Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF POSTPARTUM WOMEN’S VISIT DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN WORK AREA OF SOUTH DENPASAR PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER I IN 2022 ABSTRACT Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) can occur during the puerperium period. The cause of AKI during the puerperium is the occurrence of complications during childbirth and the puerperium. Efforts to prevent maternal death during the puerperium are by visiting postpartum mothers. This study aims to determine the description of postpartum mothers' visits during the Covid-19 pandemic in the working area of South Denpasar Public Health Center I in 2022. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative study using a cross sectional approach. The population of this study were postpartum mothers who visited postpartum mothers for 1 month in January at South Denpasar Public Health Center I as many as 201 people. The number of samples is 65 respondents with purposive sampling method. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire. The results of the research on visits to postpartum mothers during the Covid-19 pandemic showed that the most of the respondents making postpartum visits in the good category as many as 40 people (61.6%), making postpartum visits in the moderate category as many as 24 people (36.9%), and postpartum visits in less category as less as 1 person (1.5%). Most of the respondents who visited postpartum mothers were categorized as good, so it is hoped that they can continue to visit postpartum mothers according to schedule even in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Keyword : Postpartum women’s visit, postpartum women, Covid-19 Pandemic GAMBARAN KUNJUNGAN IBU NIFAS PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS I DENPASAR SELATAN TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dapat terjadi pada masa nifas. Penyebab AKI pada masa nifas yaitu terjadinya komplikasi saat persalinan dan masa nifas. Upaya untuk mencegah kematian ibu pada masa nifas adalah dengan melakukan kunjungan ibu nifas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kunjungan ibu nifas pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas I Denpasar Selatan tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu nifas yang melakukan kunjungan ibu nifas selama 1 bulan pada Bulan Januari di Puskesmas I Denpasar Selatan sebanyak 201 orang. Jumlah sampel yaitu 65 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian kunjungan ibu nifas pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas melakukan kunjungan ibu nifas berkategori baik sebanyak 40 orang (61,6%), melakukan kunjungan ibu nifas berkategori cukup sebanyak 24 orang (36,9%), dan melakukan kunjungan ibu nifas berkategori kurang sebanyak 1 orang (1,5%). Sebagian besar responden melakukan kunjungan ibu nifas berkategori baik, sehingga diharapkan dapat tetap melakukan kunjungan ibu nifas sesuai jadwal meskipun dalam situasi Pandemi Covid-19.
