Abstract

QUALITY OF FOOD CONSUMPTION OF DISTRICT/CITY POPULATIONS BASED ON HOPE FOOD PATTERN SCORE ABSTRACT Expected food pattern (PPH) is a food composition or food group based on energy contribution, either absolute or relative, which fulfills nutritional needs in quantity, quality, and diversity, taking into account social, economic, cultural, religious, and taste aspects. In the 2015-2019 RAN-PG, the target PPH Score in 2019 is 92.5. And the ideal PPH score is 100, which means that the quality of the population's food consumption is said to be ideal if it has a PPH score of 100. This study aims to determine the quality of food consumption of the Regency/City population based on the Expected Food Pattern. This research is a literature review that searches databases from various references, such as research journals related to the results of the Regency/City Population Expected Food Pattern score. The subjects of this study were residents of the Regency/City. The compilation of the results of the PPH scores for the residents of districts/cities based on observations from six journals and one final report ranges from 57.50 to 95.95. Meanwhile, the compilation of food ingredients that contributed the most to exceed the maximum PPH score was the vegetables and fruit group, and the food ingredients that contributed less were the animal food group, oils and fats, nuts and sugar. Keywords: Hope Food Pattern Score, Regency/City Population.
