Abstract
CORRELATION OF NUTRITION KNOWLEDGE AND IRON INTAKE (FE) WITH HEMOGLOBIN LEVELS OF FEMALE LABOR LITERATURE REVIEW Abstract Hemoglobin is an oxygen-carrying compound in red blood cells. Hemoglobin is a parameter that is widely used to determine the status of anemia. Iron is a very important element to form hemoglobin (Hb). This study aims to find out the relationship between nutritional knowledge and iron intake (Fe) with hemoglobin levels of female labor through literature review. This research using library research method. The subject of research inliterature reviewis female labor. The number of libraries to be reviewed is as many as 7 journals. Library searches are performed through a database (Google Scholar). From the literature analysis on the knowledge variable with hemoglobin levels, it is found that three literature states that there is a relationship between nutritional knowledge and hemoglobin levels in female workers. From the results of literature analysis on iron (Fe) intake and hemoglobin levels, three literature states that there is a relationship between iron (Fe) intake and hemoglobin levels in female workers and one journal states that there is no relationship between iron (Fe) intake. with hemoglobin levels in the female workforce.
