Abstract

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORK PRODUCTIVITY AND THE NUTRITIONAL STATUS OF FEMALE WORKERS ABSTRACT Work productivity is a measure that states how well resources are managed and utilized to achieve optimal results. Nutritional status is one of the factors that determine the quality and productivity of work. One of the efforts to improve nutritional status is to improve the energy sufficiency of the workforce. Nutritional status is one of the factors that determine the quality and productivity of work. Poor nutritional status can reduce the quality and quantity of products produced. One of the efforts to improve nutritional status is to improve the energy sufficiency of the workforce. The level of nutritional adequacy and nutritional status of different workers between workers results in differences in work productivity. Nutritional status is one of the factors that determine the quality and productivity of work. One of the efforts to improve nutritional status is to improve the energy sufficiency of the workforce. The purpose of writing is to determine the relationship between work productivity and nutritional status. Nutrition of female workers, this thesis is a scientific writing using a literature study approach namely female workers. The research subjects in the literature review are female workers. The number of literature studied was 10 journals. Literature searches are carried out through the google search engine database on the internet. The results of a study of 10 journals, 8 journals (80%) show that there is a relationship between work productivity and the nutritional status of female workers, while 2 journals show that there is no relationship between work productivity and the nutritional status of female workers. 8 journals show the results of research on female labor productivity ≥50%, while 2 journals show labor productivity of female labor productivity ≤50%. The results of submissions from 10 journals show that the lowest prevalence range of good nutritional status is 28.9% and the highest is 86.7%. The lowest prevalence range of malnutrition status was 4.8% and the highest was 44%. The lowest prevalence of overnutrition status was 5% and the highest was 28.6%. Of the 10 journals studied, 9 journals that were said to have a relationship with the chi-square statistical test approach and 1 journal said there was no relationship between work productivity and nutritional status with the Sperman rank test approach with the strength being studied (P-value 0.281) Key word : productivity work, and nutritional status
