Abstract
Indonesia occupies seventh level in the number of DM sufferers. DM suffered in Tabanan Cabotage, which is 1.48% no.7 of all the cabotages in Bali. Drinking/injecting anti-diabetic medications in Bali Province According to the doctor's instructions of 86.98%, not according to the doctor's instructions of 13.02%, and for Tabanan cabbage according to the doctor's instructions of 97.41%, not according to the doctor's instructions of 2.59%, therefore, the researcher chose BRSU Tabanan as a research site. The purpose of this research is to find out the picture of a drug addiction in type 2 diabetic patients in the Tabana BRSU. The type of research used in this research is the type of quantitative research with descriptive research design and using online cohesion as a research tool. The sample used in this study is purposive sampling with the number of samples 30. Based on the results of the research, most responders have a degree of contraction while with the number of responders 16 (53.3%), but still have a low degree of contraction. That means we still need extra surveillance on both the family and the nurse's delivery. Keywords: Medication adherence, type 2 diabetes mellitus
