Abstract
Description Of Mother’s Knowledge Level About Malnutrition Of Toddlers At UPT Public Health Center Klungkung I In 2021 ABSTARCT Malnutrition is a health disorder that occurs due to deficiencies or imbalances of nutrients necessary for growth. Nutritional problems that occur in toddlers are closely related to the level of maternal knowledge. Without knowledge of nutrition, mothers are unable to provide proper care and toddlers can be at risk of malnutrition. This study aimed to find out the mother’s level knowledge about malnutrition of toddlers in UPT Public Health Center Klungkung I. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The approach model used is cros-sectional and sample deflating techniques using Non-probability techniques with purposive sampling. The number of samples used as many as 47 respondents. The data collected using questionnaires directly to respondents by complying with health protocols and analyzed descriptively using the SPSS program. The results showed that most respondents had a sufficient level of knowledge as many as 25 people (53.2%), good knowledge as many as 21 people (44.7%) and less knowledge of 1 person (2.1%), It is hoped that parents, especially mothers, are more active in seeking information and increasing knowledge about the nutrition needed for their toddlers so that nutritional problems in toddlers can be reduced.
