Abstract

Anak usia sekolah mempunyai kebiasaan makan makanan jajanan. Makanan jajanan yang kurang memenuhi syarat kesehatan dan gizi akan mengancam kesehatan anak. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan crossectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 5 Padang Sambian Klod, dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2019 hingga bulan Agustus 2019, sampel penelitian ini adalah anak kelas IVa dan kelas Va dan Vb dengan jumlah 103 sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tingkat pengetahuan anak mengenai pemilihan makanan jajanan, dapat diketahui bahwa sebagian besar sampel memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik yaitu sebanyak 88 anak (85,4%), dan yang mempunyai tingkat pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 15 anak (14,6%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa sikap anak yang memiliki sikap baik terhadap pemilihan makanan jajanan yang sehat yaitu sebanyak 56 anak (54,4%) sedangkan sisanya memiliki sikap yang cukup dalam pemilihan makanan jajanan sebanyak 47 anak (45,6%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa praktik pemilihan makanan jajanan yang baik sebanyak 39 anak (37,9%), praktik pemilihan makanan jajanan yang cukup sebanyak 46 anak (44,7%) dan praktik pemilihan makanan jajanan yang kurang sebanyak 18 anak (17,5%). Hasil penelitian ini masih ada beberapa anak yang praktik dalam memilih makanan jajanan yang kurang meskipun pengetahuan dan sikapnya baik. This study was an observational study with a crossectional approach. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 5 Padang Sambian Klod, conducted in February 2019 until August 2019, the sample of this study was grade IVa and class Va and Vb with a total of 103 samples. Based on the results of research on the level of knowledge of children regarding the selection of snack foods, it can be seen that most of the samples have a good level of knowledge that is as many as 88 children (85.4%), and those who have sufficient level of knowledge 15 children (14.6%). Based on the results of the study, it was found that the attitudes of children who had a good attitude towards the selection of healthy snacks were as many as 56 children (54.4%) while the rest had sufficient attitudes in the selection of snacks for 47 children (45.6%). Based on the results of the study, it was found that the practice of choosing good snacks was 39 children (37.9%), the practice of choosing enough snacks for 46 children (44.7%) and the practice of choosing snacks for less than 18 children (17.5 %). The results of this study are still some children who practice in choosing snacks that are lacking despite their good knowledge and attitude.
