Abstract

Anemia masih merupakan masalah kesehatan yang sering ditemui di negara maju dan berkembang. Data Riskesdas (2013) menunjukkan prevalensi anemia pada remaja putri sebesar 37, 1%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan guru terhadap tingkat kepatuhan minum tablet tambah darah dan status anemia pada remaja putri di Wilayah UPT.Puskesmas Dawan II. Jenis penelitian observasional dengan rancangan crossectional dengan jumlah populasi 225 orang dan jumlah sampel 144 orang. Data dukungan guru diperoleh dengan metode pengamatan (observasi), data tingkat kepatuhan dikumpulkan dengan merekap formulir kartu monitoring tablet tambah darah, data status anemia dikumpulkan dengan pengukuran kadar hemoglobin darah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dukungan guru yang mengikuti prosedur sebanyak 89 sampel (61,81%), jumlah sampel yang patuh minum tablet tambah darah sebanyak 141 sampel (97,92%), dan jumlah sampel yang tidak anemia sebanyak 139 sampel (96,53%). Analisa data menggunakan statistik korelasi pearson. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna (p < 0,005) antara dukungan guru dengan tingkat kepatuhan minum tablet tambah darah. Ada hubungan yang bermakna (p < 0,005 ) antara tingkat kepatuhan minum tablet tambah darah dengan status anemia pada remaja putri. Disarankan bagi petugas kesehatan agar terus meningkatkan penyuluhan dan konseling serta bimbingan bagi remaja putri dan guru untuk dapat mencegah anemia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of teacher support to the level of adherence to taking tablet tambah darah and anemia status in adolescent girls in the UPT Puskesmas Dawan II. Type of observational research with crossectional design with a population of 225 people and a sample of 144 people. Teacher support data obtained by the method of observation (observation), data on the level of compliance was collected by recapitating tablet monitoring card form tablet tambah darah, anemia status data was collected by measuring blood hemoglobin levels. The results showed the support of teachers who followed the procedure were 89 samples (61.81%), the number of obedient samples taking tablet tambah darah as much as 141 samples (97.92%), and the number of samples that were not anemic were 139 samples (96.53% ) Data analysis uses Pearson correlation statistics. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant relationship (p <0.005) between teacher support and the level of adherence to taking tablets tambah darah. There was a significant relationship (p <0.005) between the level of adherence to taking tablet tambah darah with anemia status in young women. It is recommended for health workers to continue to improve counseling and counseling as well as guidance for young women and teachers to be able to prevent anemia.
