Abstract

Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Dengan Persepsi Siswa Tentang Perubahan Fisik Menuju Masa Pubertas Di Sekolah Dasar Nomor 2 Dalung, Kuta Utara, Badung Masa pubertas ditandai dengan berbagai perubahan fisik yang mempengaruhi cara pandang siswa terhadap dirinya. Tingkat pengetahuan yang baik mengenai pubertas diperlukan untuk membentuk persepsi yang positif terhadap perubahan fisik yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan persepsi siswa tentang perubahan fisik menuju masa pubertas di Sekolah Dasar Nomor 2 Dalung, Kuta Utara, Badung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 56 siswa kelas IV yang dipilih menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Spearman’s Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 54 siswa (96,4%) memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik dan 39 siswa (69,6%) memiliki persepsi positif. Analisis bivariat memperoleh nilai p-value 0,029 dan koefisien korelasi rho 0,291. Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dengan arah positif dan kekuatan hubungan yang lemah antara tingkat pengetahuan dan persepsi siswa. Kesimpulan, semakin baik tingkat pengetahuan siswa, semakin positif persepsi siswa terhadap perubahan fisik menuju masa pubertas. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Pengetahuan; Persepsi; Pubertas The Relationship Between Students’ Knowledge and Perceptions of Physical Changes Toward Puberty at State Elementary School Number 2 Dalung, Kuta Utara, Badung Puberty is characterized by various physical changes that influence students' perceptions of themselves. Adequate knowledge about puberty is needed to develop positive perceptions of these physical changes. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and students' perceptions of physical changes during puberty at State Elementary School No. 2 Dalung, North Kuta, Badung. This study employed a quantitative correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 56 fourth-grade students selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Spearman's Rank test. The results showed that 54 students (96.4%) had a good level of knowledge, while 39 students (39.6%) had positive perceptions. Bivariate analysis revealed a p-value of 0.029 and a correlation coefficient (rho) of 0.291. These findings indicate a significant positive relationship with a weak correlation between students' level of knowledge and their perceptions of physical changes during puberty. Conclusion, the higher the students' level of knowledge, the more positive their perceptions of physical changes during puberty. Keyword: Knowledge Level; Perception; Puberty
