Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF EATING PATTERNS IN GASTRITIS PATIENTS AT RSUD WANGAYA IN 2022 ABSTRACT Gastritis is an inflammatory process that occurs in the gastric mucosa and submucosa due to irritation and bacterial infection. Gastritis is a disease that can relapse due to bad eating patterns. Eating patterns are behaviors that are carried out to regulate the quantity of food consumed. The eating patterns consists of the frequency of eating, the time/schedule of eating, and the type of food consumed. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of eating patterns in gastritis patients at RSUD Wangaya in 2022. This study used quantitative descriptive. The sampling techniques used is non probability sampling, namely purposive sampling with a sample of 44 respondents. All data collected in this study is primary data obtained from filling out questionnaires by respondents in the form of data about eating patterns that were carried out during the last month. The results showed that most of the respondents had a bad eating patterns by 61.4% and it was often found in female respondents aged 20-45 years with the last education of SMA/SMK. Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that you will continue to apply a healthy eating pattern to prevent gastritis recurrence or even worse than before. Keywords: Gastritis, Eating Patterns, Diet GAMBARAN POLA MAKAN PADA PASIEN GASTRITIS DI RSUD WANGAYA TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Gastritis adalah proses inflamasi yang terjadi pada mukosa dan sub mukosa lambung akibat faktor iritasi dan infeksi bakteri. Gastritis merupakan salah satu penyakit yang dapat mengalami kekambuhan yang dipengaruhi oleh pola makan yang buruk. Pola makan adalah serangkaian perilaku yang dilakukan untuk mengatur kuantitas makanan yang dikonsumsi. Pola makan terdiri dari frekuensi makan, waktu/jadwal makan, dan jenis makanan yang dikonsumsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pola makan pada pasien gastritis di RSUD Wangaya Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 44 responden. Seluruh data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang berasal dari pengisian kuesioner oleh responden berupa data tentang pola makan yang dilakukan selama satu bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki pola makan yang buruk sebesar 61,4% dan sering ditemukan pada responden perempuan berusia 20-45 tahun dengan pendidikan terakhir SMA/SMK. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan agar tetap menerapkan pola makan yang sehat untuk mencegah kekambuhan gastritis atau lebih parah lagi dari sebelumnya.
