Abstract
Waitress is an officer who interact with patients every day, when delivering food and drinks. Knowledge level of the waiter will affect the ability to provide the patients of diet accuracy. The waitress is one important role in food service, the waitress is expected to be able to a good communication in attitude and expression. The research sample used waitress who were worked at Buleleng General Hospital many as 32 people. The results showed that there was a relationship between level of knowledge on accuracy of diet in the Nutrition Installation of Buleleng General Hospital p= 0.00(p<0,05) and there was a relationship between attitude of the waitress on accuracy of diet p=0.01 (p<0,05). The conclusion of this research, there are relationship between the level of knowledge and the attitude of the waitress to the accuracy of the patients diet at the Nutrition Installation of Buleleng General Hospital.
