Abstract

THE EFFECT OF ONLINE EDUCATION THROUGH AUDIOVISUAL MEDIA ON THE BEHAVIOR OF 5M SATGAS COVID-19 IN DAUHWARU VILLAGE, JEMBRANA DISTRICTS, JEMBRANA REGENCYYEAR 2021 ABSTRACT The incidence of COVID-19 in Dauhwaru Village, Jembrana District, Jembrana Regency on January 6, 2021, 62 cases were confirmed positive, 49 cases recovered and 2 cases died. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of providing online education through audiovisual media on the behavior of the COVID-19 task force 5M. This type of research is a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-post test design to 35 respondents who were selected by total sampling. The results of the study obtained the 5M COVID-19 behavior before being given education in the knowledge domain had sufficience categories (71.4%), attitude domain had good categories (68.6%) and action domains have a good categories (91.2%). The results of the study obtained the 5M COVID-19 behavior after being given education in the knowledge domain had a good categories (77.1%),attitude domain had a good categories (100%) and action domain have a good categories (100%) with ρ-value in the Wilcoxon test of 0.000 (ρ-value <α). Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of providing online education through audiovisual media on the behavior of the COVID-19 task force 5M. Suggestions for the COVID-19 Task Force everytime provides education to the public using audiovisual media because with this media, counseling is more effective and easier to receive.
