Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF NURSING INSTITUTIONS IN GASTRITIS PATIENTS IN MEETING OF ACUTE PAIN DISEASES IN REGION WORK UPT KESMAS SUKAWATI I GIANYAR ABSTRACT Gastritis is a gastric mucosal inflammation that can be acute and chronic. Characteristics of gastritis include reduced appetite, full abdominal taste, epigastric pain, and nausea. The purpose of this paper is to describe nursing care in gastritis patients in acute pain disorder. The method used in the preparation of this scientific paper is descriptive with a case study approach on two gastritis patients with epigastric pain disorders. According to the results obtained on the assessment of patient 1 and patient 2 said heartburn, seemed to wince when moved position, avoiding pain, anxiety, decreased appetite, difficulty sleeping and diaphoresis, diagnoses that appear in patients 1 and patient 2 that is acute pain and knowledge deficit, patient nursing interventions 1 and 2 according to NIC pain management, implementation of pain assessment, reducing stress factor, support family support, pain prevention education and doen antacid therapy, patient evaluation 1 decreased pain from 5 to 2 and patient 2 decreased from 6 to 2, both patients said the pain was reduced. The expected advice with family patients will always maintaining health and doing healthy lifestyle. Keywords: Gastritis, Fulfillment of Acute Pain, Nursing Care
