Abstract

Pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum are natural processes where not everything runs physiologically, of course some are pathological. The implementation of midwifery care for a 34 year old multigravida "ML" mother from 36 weeks of gestation to 42 days of the postpartum period aims to determine the results of implementing midwifery care according to comprehensive care standards. The pregnancy period is physiological, midwifery care is in accordance with 12T standards and complementary care is in the form of a gym ball. The delivery took place at term gestational age and there were no complications. In the first stage, complementary care was provided with lower back massage and relaxation techniques, in the second stage according to the APN steps and postpartum IUD contraception was installed. The postpartum period is physiological, care has been provided from KF 1 to KF 4 in accordance with standards and complementary care with oxytocin massage, there are no complications during the postpartum period. In babies, care has been given from newborn to 42 days as well as complementary baby massage care, there are no complications and the baby's condition is healthy. Based on the results of the midwifery care that has been provided, it can be concluded that the implementation of care for Mrs. "ML" from pregnancy to 42 days of the postpartum period takes place physiologically. For health workers, especially midwives, it is hoped that they will continue to provide health services in accordance with midwifery service standards in order to improve the welfare of mothers and children Kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas adalah suatu proses alamiah dimana tidak semua berjalan secara fisiologis tentunya ada yang bersifat patologis. Pelaksanaan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “ML” 34 tahun multigravida dari umur kehamilan 36 minggu sampai 42 hari masa nifas bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar asuhan secara komperhensif. Masa kehamilan berjalan fisiologis, asuhan kebidanan sudah sesuai dengan standar 12T serta asuhan komplementer berupa gym ball. Persalinan berlangsung pada umur kehamilan aterm dan tidak ada penyulit, kala I diberikan asuhan komplementer massage punggung bawah dan teknik relaksasi, kala II sesuai langkah APN dan dilakukan pemasangan kontrasepsi IUD postpartum. Masa nifas berlangsung fisiologis, telah dilakukan asuhan mulai dari KF 1 sampai KF 4 sesuai dengan standar serta asuhan komplementer pijat oksitosin, tidak terdapat komplikasi selama masa nifas. Pada bayi, telah diberikan asuhan dari bayi baru lahir hingga 42 hari serta asuhan komplementer pijat bayi, tidak ada komplikasi dan kondisi bayi sehat. Berdasarkan hasil asuhan kebidanan yang telah diberikan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan asuhan pada Ibu “ML” dari kehamilan sampai 42 hari masa nifas berlangsung secara fisiologis. Untuk tenaga kesehatan khususnya bidan, diharapkan tetap memberikan pelayanan kesehatan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan kebidanan agar dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan ibu dan anak.
