Abstract

FAKTOR USIA IBU PARITAS DAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN BERAT BADAN LAHIR RENDAH ABSTRAK Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang berkontribusi terhadap tingginya angka kematian neonatal. Faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi kejadian BBLR antara lain usia ibu, paritas, dan kadar hemoglobin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan usia ibu, paritas, dan kadar hemoglobin dengan kejadian BBLR di Puskesmas Pembantu Jimbaran 1 tahun 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 205 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dari kohort ibu dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden berada pada usia tidak berisiko (83,4%), memiliki paritas tidak berisiko (63,4%), dan tidak mengalami anemia (64,4%). Kejadian BBLR sebesar 13,7%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia ibu dengan kejadian BBLR (p=0,017) dan kadar hemoglobin dengan kejadian BBLR (p=0,003). Sedangkan paritas tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kejadian BBLR (p=0,682). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah usia ibu dan kadar hemoglobin berhubungan terhadap kejadian BBLR. Disarankan kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk meningkatkan upaya pencegahan anemia serta edukasi terkait usia reproduksi sehat guna menurunkan kejadian BBLR. Factors suspected to influence the incidence of LBW include maternal age, parity, and hemoglobin levels. This study aimed to determine the relationship between maternal age, parity, and hemoglobin levels with the incidence of LBW at Puskesmas Pembantu Jimbaran 1 in 2025. This study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 205 respondents selected using a simple random sampling technique. The data used were secondary data obtained from maternal cohort records and analyzed using the Rank Spearman test. The results showed that most respondents were in the non-risk age category (83.4%), had non-risk parity (63.4%), and were not anemic (64.4%). The incidence of LBW was 13.7%. The analysis results indicated a significant relationship between maternal age and the incidence of LBW (p=0.017) and between hemoglobin levels and the incidence of LBW (p=0.003). Meanwhile, parity did not show a significant relationship with the incidence of LBW (p=0.682). The conclusion of this study is that maternal age and hemoglobin levels are associated with the incidence of LBW. Health workers are advised to improve anemia prevention efforts and provide education regarding healthy reproductive age to reduce the incidence of LBW.
