Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MRS. “AN”, 24 YEARS OLD, MULTIGRAVIDA, FROM 17 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY TO 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM ABSTRACT Pregnancy is the result of the natural human reproductive process, characterized by anatomical, physiological, and psychological changes in the mother as an adaptation to the presence of the fetus in the uterus. This case study aims to determine the results of implementing midwifery care for Mrs. “AN” from 17 weeks of pregnancy until 42 days postpartum. The case was identified through interviews, observation, examination, and documentation. Midwifery care was provided from February 2025 to September 2025. Complementary care was given according to the mother’s needs. The mother gave birth normally through the vaginal route. The first stage of labor lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes, the second stage lasted 30 minutes, the third stage lasted 5 minutes, and the fourth stage lasted 2 hours, all without complications. The baby cried immediately after birth, had active muscle tone, and was male. Assessment of uterine involution, lochia, lactation, psychological changes, and family planning services were carried out during the postpartum period and proceeded normally. Observations of the baby were conducted from birth to 42 days of age with normal results. Midwifery care was provided in accordance with standards to monitor the well-being of the mother and fetus during pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, and infancy, as well as to minimize possible complications. Keywords: comprehensive care, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, infant ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “AN” UMUR 24 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR 17 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS ABSTRAK Kehamilan adalah hasil proses alami reproduksi manusia, ditandai dengan terjadinya perubahan anatomi, fisiologi, dan psikologis pada ibu sebagai adaptasi terhadap keberadaan janin dalam uterus. Study kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “AN” sejak umur kehamilan 17 minggu hingga 42 hari setelah melahirkan. Penentuan kasus dilakukan melalui kegiatan wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan dan pendokumentasian. Asuhan kebidanan diberikan sejak bulan Pebruari 2025 sampai dengan bulan September 2025. Kehamilan ibu “”AN” berjalan secara fisiologis. Asuhan komplementer diberikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan ibu. Ibu melahirkan secara normal melalui jalan lahir. Kala I berlangsung selama 1 jam 30 menit, kala II berlangsung selama 30 menit, kala III berlangsung selama 5 menit, kala IV berlangsung selama 2 jam dan tanpa penyulit. Bayi lahir segera menangis, tonus otot aktif, dan jenis kelamin laki-laki. Penilaian involusi uterus, involusi, lokhea, laktasi, perubahan psikologi serta pelayanan keluarga berencana dilakukan pada masa nifas dsn berjalan normal. Observasi pada bayi dilakukan dari umur 0-42 hari dengan hasil normal. Asuhan kebidanan diberikan sesuai dengan standar untuk memantau kesejahteraan ibu dan janin selama kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi serta meminimalkan komplikasi yang mungkin bisa terjadi.
