Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “AD” 30 YEARS OLD MULTIGRAVIDA FROM 16 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM PERIOD IN WORKING AREA BULELENG II PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER ABSTRACT Pregnancy is a physiological process that requires special attention, especially for multigravida mothers who have a higher risk of obstetric complications. Continuity of Care (COC) is an essential approach in providing continuous midwifery services from pregnancy, childbirth, to postpartum. This study aims to determine the implementation of COC-based midwifery care outcomes for mother "AD", aged 30 years, multigravida, from 16 weeks of gestation to 42 days postpartum. The mother gave birth vaginally without complications. The first stage lasted 4 hours from 5 cm of opening, the second stage 25 minutes, the third stage 15 minutes and the monitoring of the fourth stage was within normal limits. The baby was born at 15:25 WITA immediately cried, actively moved, had reddish skin and a birth weight of 3200 grams, and Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (IMD) was successful. During the postpartum period, the process of uterine involution, lochia discharge, lactation and psychological well-being occurred within normal limits. Midwifery care during pregnancy did not meet standards, while care during labor, postpartum, and the baby was in accordance with standards. Midwives must always provide midwifery care according to standards because it is very important to monitor and detect complications and complications in the process of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and babies. Keywords: pregnancy, childbirth, baby, postpartum, complemen ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “AD” UMUR 30 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 16 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS DI WILAYAH KERJA UPTD PUSKESMAS BULELENG II ABSTRAK Kehamilan merupakan proses fisiologis yang memerlukan perhatian khusus, terutama bagi ibu multigravida yang memiliki risiko lebih tinggi terhadap komplikasi obstetri. Continuity of Care (COC) menjadi pendekatan yang esensial dalam memberikan pelayanan kebidanan berkelanjutan mulai dari masa kehamilan, persalinan hingga nifas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan hasil asuhan kebidanan berbasis COC pada ibu “AD”, usia 30 tahun, multigravida, dari usia kehamilan 13 minggu 1 hari hingga 42 hari masa nifas. Ibu bersalin pervaginam tanpa komplikasi. Kala I berlangsung 4 jam dari pembukaan 5 cm, kala II 25 menit, kala III 15 menit dan pemantauan kala IV dalam batas normal. Bayi lahir pukul 15.25 WITA segera menangis, gerak aktif, kulit kemerahan dan berat lahir 3100 gram, serta berhasil dilakukan Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD). Proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea dan laktasi pada masa nifas berlangsung normal. Seluruh proses kehamilan sampai dengan masa nifas pada ibu “AD” berjalan secara fisiologis. Asuhan kebidanan harus diberikan sesuai standar sebagai upaya untuk memantau dan mendeteksi penyulit dan komplikasi pada proses kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi.
