Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “LL” AGE 28 YEARS OLD MULTIIGRAVIDA FROM 32 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM Care is carried out in the Working Area of UPTD Puskesmas IV, South Denpasar District Health Office in 2025 ABSTRACT Early efforts to reduce maternal and infant mortality include comprehensive and continuous Midwifery Care. Continuity Of Care (COC) is care that is continuous from pregnancy, childbirth, newborn, postpartum, to family planning. This report aims to determine the results of the implementation of comprehensive midwifery care for the mother 'LL', 28 years old, multigravida, from 32 weeks of pregnancy to 42 days postpartum, as well as her baby. The writing of this report uses interview, observation, examination, and documentation methods. The pregnancy proceeded physiologically, with no abnormalities found during the pregnancy. The labor process occurred physiologically, the baby was born crying immediately, showed active movement, had reddish skin color, a birth weight of 3160 grams, a length of 51 cm, and physical examination results were within normal limits. During the postpartum period, no danger signs were found in the mother, the perineal stitch wound dried, and lactation continued for 42 days during the physiologic postpartum period. The newborn has received care according to standards, including immunizations and infant massage, provided over the course of 42 days. Based on the results of the care that has been provided, it can be concluded that the implementation of care for mother 'LL' from pregnancy to 42 days postpartum occurs physiologically. It is hoped that the care provided can assist the mother and family in implementing the care that has been given. Keywords: Pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, neonate, complementary ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “LL” UMUR 28 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI USIA KEHAMILAN 32 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas IV Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan Tahun 2025 ABSTRAK Upaya sejak dini untuk menurunkan kematian ibu dan kematian bayi yaitu berupa Asuhan Kebidanan secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan. Asuhan Continuity Of Care (COC) merupakan asuhan secara berkesinambungan dari kehamilan, persalinan, bayi baru lahir, masa nifas sampai dengan keluarga berencana. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan yang komprehensif pada ibu “LL” umur 28 tahun multigravida dari usia kehamilan 32 minggu sampai 42 hari masa nifas serta bayinya. Penulisan laporan ini menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan, dan dokumentasi. Kehamilan berlangsung fisiologis, tidak ditemukan kelainan pada masa kehamilan. Proses persalinan berlangsung secara fisiologis bayi lahir segera menangis kuat, gerak aktif, berat badan lahir 3160 gram, panjang badan 51 cm dan pemeriksaan fisik dalam batas normal. Pada masa nifas tidak ditemukan tanda bahaya pada ibu, luka pada jahitan perinium mengering dan laktasi sampai 42 hari masa nifas yang berlangsung secara fisiologis. Pada bayi baru lahir telah diberikan asuhan sesuai standar, asuhan diberikan selama 42 hari pemberian imunisasi dan pijat bayi. Berdasarkan hasil asuhan yang telah diberikan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan asuhan pada ibu “LL” dari kehamilan sampai 42 hari masa nifas berlangsung secara fisiologis. Diharapkan pemberian asuhan yang telah diberikan dapat membantu ibu dan keluarga untuk menerapkan asuhan yang telah diberikan. Kata kunci: Kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, neonatus, komplementer
