Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MRS. "AV" 22 YEARS OLD PRIMIGRAVIDA FROM 34 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM The case study was conducted in the working area of the technical implementation unit of the puskesmas 1 denpasar timur ABSTRACT Pregnancy, childbirth and childbirth are physiological processes, but if not monitored from pregnancy can be pathological that threaten the safety of the mother and fetus so that it might cause death. This care aims to find out the results of the application of midwifery care to the "AV" mother aged 22 years Primigravida and their babies from 34 weeks to 42 days of childbirth. The method used is a case study, carried out in the working area of UPTD Puskesmas 1 Health Office, District, East Denpasar. With the technique of conducting examinations, observations and studies of midwifery care documentation given from January to April 2025. The results of pregnancy care for "AV" mothers are not in accordance with 10T standards, namely the mother "AV" does not do a lab examination in the first trimester. The delivery process takes place at 40 weeks of pregnancy 2 days with pathological labor but the delivery takes place vaginalically, the problem experienced is that the mother "AV" feels weak and not strong enough to strain. Babies are born crying immediately and active movements. Postpartum visit is carried out in accordance with the standards of KF I-IV with no problem. The condition of the baby "AV" from birth, KN I-III for up to 42 days in good health. After 42 days of the puerperium the mother "AV" uses a 3 -month injection contraceptive. It can be concluded that from pregnancy, the puerperal and neonates take place according to standards and physiological without complications or complications. Keywords: midwifery care; pregnancy, childbirth and Postpartum ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “AV” UMUR 22 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 34 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi Kasus Dilaksanakan Di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas 1 Denpasar Timur ABSTRAK Kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas merupakan proses yang fisiologi, namun jika tidak dipantau dari masa kehamilan dapat menjadi patologis yang mengancam keselamatan ibu dan janin hingga kemungkinan bisa menyebabkan kematian. Asuhan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “AV” umur 22 tahun primigravida beserta bayinya dari usia kehamilan 34 minggu sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Metode yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, melakukan pemeriksaan, observasi dan dokumentasi hasil asuhan, hasil asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan dari bulan januari hingga mei 2025 . Hasil asuhan kehamilan pada ibu “AV” belum sesuai standar 10T yaitu ibu “AV” tidak melakukan pemeriksaan lab pada trimester pertama. Proses persalinan berlangsung pada usia kehamilan 40 minggu 2 hari, lama kala I yaitu 5 jam , lama kala II yaitu 2 jam 9 menit, lama kala III yaitu 8 menit. Kunjungan nifas dilakukan sesuai dengan standar dari KF I-IV tidak ada masalah. Kondisi bayi “AV”dari lahir, KN I-III hingga 42 hari dalam keadaan sehat. Setelah 42 hari masa nifas ibu “AV” menggunakan alat kontrasepsi Suntik 3 bulan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari masa kehamilan berlangsung secara fisiologis, kondisi persalinan berlangsung patologis dikarenakan kala II lama,tetapi proses persalinan berlangsung pervaginam, nifas dan neonatus berlangsung sesuai standar dan fisiologis tanpa adanya penyulit atau komplikasi.
