Abstract

HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI DENGAN PERILAKU SEKSUAL PADA REMAJA DI SMA NEGERI I AMLAPURA TAHUN 2025 ABSTRAK Perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja dipengaruhi oleh meningkatnya libido seksual serta rendahnya usia kematangan seksual. Penyebab perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja salah satunya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan terkait informasi kesehatan reproduksi dan seksual yang dimiliki oleh remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seksual pada remaja di SMA Negeri I Amlapura. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik korelasi dengan dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2025. Populasi sebanyak 271 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 38 responden menggunakan teknik sampling proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil didapatkan tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dalam kategori baik (52,6%) dan perilaku seksual dalam kategori berisiko sedang (50%) serta hasil analisis data menggunakan uji rank spearman didapatkan p-value sebesar 0,003 (<0,05). Simpulan ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seksual pada remaja di SMA Negeri I Amlapura tahun 2025. Saran yang dapat diberikan diantaranya, bidan diharapkan dapat melakukan pencegahan perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja dengan cara melalukan peningkatan pengetahuan remaja yang dapat dilakukan dengan kegiatan preventif melalui pemberian Pendidikan Kesehatan yang dilakukan secara rutin di baik di Fasilitas Kesehatan maupun melalui penyuluhan di Sekolah. One of the causes of risky sexual behavior in adolescents is the lack of knowledge related to reproductive and sexual health information possessed by adolescents. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of reproductive health knowledge and sexual behavior in adolescents at SMA Negeri I Amlapura. This type of research is correlation analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted in March 2025. The population was 271 people with a sample of 38 respondents using proportional random sampling techniques. Data collection used primary data through questionnaires. The results obtained the level of reproductive health knowledge in the good category (52.6%) and sexual behavior in the moderate risk category (50%) and the results of data analysis using the Spearman rank test obtained a p-value of 0.003 (<0.05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of reproductive health and sexual behavior in adolescents at SMA Negeri I Amlapura in 2025. Suggestions that can be given include, midwives are expected to be able to prevent risky sexual behavior in adolescents by increasing adolescent knowledge which can be done through preventive activities through providing Health Education which is carried out routinely both in Health Facilities and through counseling at Schools.
