Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MOTHER ‘GT’ AGE 28 YEARS PRIMIGRAVIDA FROM GESTATION AGE 37 WEEKS UP TO 42 DAYS OF POSTPARTUM PERIOD The care is carried out in the Working Area of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Public Health Center IV of the Denpasar South Health Office in the year 2025. ABSTRACT Pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum are normal conditions experienced by a woman. High-risk pregnancies can lead to complications for both the mother and the fetus, potentially resulting in pain and death. The goal of maternal midwifery care during pregnancy from 37 weeks to 42 days postpartum is to monitor the development of both the mother and the baby. Data collection methods involved interviews, examinations, documentation, and observations. During pregnancy, the author provided care in accordance with the 12T standards, offering necessary counseling to the mother without any complications. The delivery occurred at 38 weeks and 5 days of gestation without any complications; the author provided maternal loving care, used birthing balls, and assisted in massaging the mother’s back to alleviate pain during contractions. KF 1-4 consisted of visits and care that met the standards, along with administering oxytocin massage to the mother to facilitate her breast milk and there were no complications. In KN 1-3, care was provided until 42 days and additional baby massage care, with no complications and the baby being healthy. Based on the care that has been provided, it can be concluded that the implementation of care for Mother 'GT' from pregnancy until 42 days of postpartum period proceeded physiologically. This final project report provides an overview of the implementation of continuous care in the maternal and child health program. ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU ‘GT’ UMUR 28 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI USIA KEHAMILAN 37 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas IV Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan Tahun 2025 ABSTRAK Kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas adalah suatu kondisi yang normal yang dialami oleh seorang wanita. Kehamilan yang memiliki risiko tinggi menyebabkan komplikasi pada ibu dan janin, yang dapat menyebabkan kesakitan dan kematian. Tujuan dari asuhan kebidanan ibu selama kehamilan dari 37 minggu sampai 42 hari masa nifas adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan ibu dan bayinya. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, dokumentasi, dan observasi adalah metode pengambilan data yang dilakukan. Pada masa kehamilan, penulis telah memberikan asuhan sesuai dengan standar 12T, memberikan konseling yang diperlukan oleh ibu, tidak ada komplikasi. Persalinan berlangsung pada umur kehamilan 38 minggu 5 hari dan tidak ada penyulit, penulis memberikan asuhan sayang ibu, birthingball serta membantu memasase punggung ibu untuk mengurangi nyeri pada saat kontraksi. KF 1-4 dilakukan kunjungan serta asuhan yang sesuai dengan standar, serta dilakukan pijat oksitosin pada ibu untuk melancarkan ASI ibu dan tidak ada komplikasi. Pada KN 1-3 diberikan asuhan sampai 42 hari dan tambahan asuhan pijat bayi, tidak ada komplikasi dan kondisi bayi sehat. Berdasarkan hasil asuhan yang telah diberikan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan asuhan pada Ibu ‘GT’ dari kehamilan sampai 42 hari masa nifas berlangsung secara fisiologis. Laporan Tugas Akhir ini memberikan gambaran tentang penerapan asuhan berkesinambungan dalam program kesehatan ibu dan anak.
