Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE ON MRS “DA” AGE 25 YEARS PRIMIGRAVIDA FROM GESTATION 32 WEEKS UNTIL 42 DAY OF POSTPARTUM PERIOD Midwifery Care Implemented in The Work Area Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas Abiansemal II Badung District Health Office Year 2025 ABSTRACT Pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum are physiological conditions, but in its development it can change into pathological. Continuity of care is one of the efforts to provide continuous care from pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum. This case report aims to determine the results of the implementation of midwifery care for a 25 year old primigravida "DA" mother at 32 weeks of gestation to 42 days of the postpartum period. Data collection methods use interview, observation, observation and documentation techniques. Pregnancy care has been carried out according to the standard of 6 visits and 10T examination which took place normally. The complementary treatment provided is prenatal yoga. The birth process of mother "DA" at 39 weeks 1 days' gestation took place physiologically and was carried out according to APN standards. Complementary care during childbirth is relaxation techniques. The postpartum period includes the processes of lactation, involution and local expulsion. The complementary treatment provided is oxytocin massage. Baby care is carried out according to KN 1-3 standards until the age of 42 days is normal. The complementary treatment provided is baby massage. Midwives are expected to be able to provide midwifery services according to their standards and authority so that they can prevent problems and complications during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborn babies. ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “DA” UMUR 25 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 32 MINGGU SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan Kebidanan dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas Abiansemal II Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Badung Tahun 2025 ABSTRAK Kehamilan, persalinan, nifas merupakan suatu kondisi fisiologis, namun dalam perkembangannya dapat berubah menjadi patologis. Continuity Of Care merupakan salah satu upaya untuk memberikan asuhan berkesinambungan dari kehamilan sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “DA” umur 25 tahun primigravida dari umur kehamilan 32 minggu sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Metode pengumpulan data dengan teknik wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Asuhan kehamilan telah dilakukan sesuai standar kunjungan 6 kali dan pemeriksaan 10T yang berlangsung dengan normal. Asuhan komplementer yang diberikan yakni prenatal yoga. Proses persalinan ibu “DA” usia kehamilan 39 minggu 1 hari berlangsung secara fisiologis dan telah dilakukan sesuai dengan standar APN. Asuhan komplementer persalinan yakni teknik relaksasi. Pada masa nifas meliputi proses laktasi, involusi, dan pengeluaran lochea. Asuhan komplementer yang diberikan yakni pijat oksitosin. Asuhan pada bayi dilakukan sesuai standar KN 1-3 sampai usia 42 hari yang berlangsung dengan normal. Asuhan komplementer yang diberikan yakni pijat bayi. Bidan diharapkan dapat memberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar dan wewenang sehingga dapat mencegah masalah dan komplikasi pada masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, dan bayi. Kata Kunci : Kehamilan, Persalinan, Neonatus, Nifas, Asuhan Kebidanan Fisiologis.
