Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “KT” AGE 21 YEARS OLD PRIMIGRAVIDA FROM 33 WEEKS 4 DAYS OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS POSTPARTUM Care is carried out in the Working Area of UPTD Puskesmas II Sukawati In 2025 ABSTRACT Pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum are natural processes where not all of them run physiologically, of course some are pathological and can contribute to the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR). Efforts that can reduce MMR are to ensure that every mother receives health services according to standards. The author of this report uses data collection methods through interviews, examinations, observations and from Maternal and Child Health books and obstetrician and gynecologist examination books. This report aims to determine the results of the implementation of midwifery care for mothers "KT" aged 21 years from 33 weeks 4 days of pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum and their babies. The mother received standard examinations and received complementary care in the form of relaxation, prenatal and yoga. The labor process took place pathologically with indications of a History of Water Leakage 8 hours, no labor progress and failed induction so that a cesarean section (CS) was performed. The postpartum period after the CS was pathological due to a cesarean section (CS). The mother received midwifery care according to the KF1-KF4 standards with additional complementary care using the SPEOS method. Neonates up to 42 days old progressed normally without any complications, had received midwifery care according to KN1-KN3 standards and complementary care of baby massage. Health workers are expected to be able to detect early any indications or complications during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, until the newborn baby. Keywords : pregnancy, childbirth, cesarean section, postpartum, baby ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “KT” UMUR 21 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI USIA KEHAMILAN 33 MINGGU 4 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas II Sukawati Tahun 2025 ABSTRAK Kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas adalah suatu proses alamiah dimana tidak semua berjalan secara fisiologis tentunya ada yang bersifat patologis dan dapat menyumbang Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI). Upaya yang dapat menurunkan AKI yaitu memastikan setiap ibu mendapat pelayanan kesehatan sesuai standar. Penulis laporan ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaaan, observasi serta dari buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak dan buku pemeriksaan dokter SpOG. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu” KT” umur 21 tahun dari umur kehamilan 33 minggu 4 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas serta bayinya. Ibu mendapatkan pemeriksaan sesuai standar dan mendapatkan asuhan komplementer relaksasi dan prenatal yoga. Proses persalinan berlangsung secara patologis dengan indikasi Riwayat Keluar Air 8 jam, tidak ada kemajuan persalinan dan gagal induksi sehingga dilakukan sectio caesarea (SC). Masa nifas post SC berlangsung patologis dikarenakan sectio caesarea (SC). Ibu mendapatkan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar KF1-KF4 dengan tambahan asuhan komplementer metode SPEOS. Neonatus sampai umur 42 hari berlangsung normal tanpa ada komplikasi, sudah mendapatkan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar KN1-KN3 dan asuhan komplementer pijat bayi. Tenaga kesehatan diharapkan dapat mendeteksi lebih dini adanya indikasi maupun komplikasi selama kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, hingga bayi baru lahir.
