Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN NYERI AKUT DENGAN PIJAT ENDORFIN PADA IBU POST SEKSIO SESAREA DI RUANG DARA RSUD WANGAYA ABSTRAK Persalinan Seksio Sesarea merupakan suatu tindakan insisi pada dinding perut untuk mengeluarkan janin dan plasenta dalam keadaan utuh. Post seksio sesarea dapat menimbulkan nyeri diarea luka insisi abdomen. Nyeri post seksio sesarea terjadi setelah 18 jam persalinan dengan skala nyeri berat. Selain penggunaan terapi farmakologi, teknik nonfarmakologi banyak dipakai dalam penurunan nyeri pada pasien post seksio sesarea, Salah satu teknik non farmakologi yang mampu mengatasi nyeri adalah pijat endorfin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan nyeri akut dengan pijat endorfin pada ibu post Seksio Sesarea di Ruang Dara RSUD Wangaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis studi kasus yang melaporkan asuhan keperawatan dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan. Hasil karya ilmiah ini didapatkan data mayor dan minor saat pengkajian meliputi mengeluh nyeri, wajah tampak meringis, gelisah dan berposisi meringakan nyeri. Diagnosis keperawatan yang ditegakkan yaitu nyeri akut berhubungan dengan agen pencedera fisik (Post Seksio Sesarea). Intervensi yang dilaukan adalah manajemen nyeri dan pemberian analgetik dengan intervensi inovasi pijat endorfin. Implementasi dilalukan sesuai pedoman SDKI, SLKI, dan SIKI. Evaluasi yang didapatkan setelah pelaksanaan asuhana keperawatan salaam 3x24 jam yaitu nyeri teratasi. Kesimpulan dengan pijat endorfin mampu menurunkan keluhan nyeri pada ibu post seksio sesarea serta dapat digunakan sebagai tindakan mandiri perawat berbasis komplementer. Kata Kunci: Pijat Endorphine, Post Seksio Sesarea, Nyeri Akut NURSING CARE FOR ACUTE PAIN WITH ENDORPHINE MASSAGE FOR MOTHERS AFTER CAESAREAN SECTION IN THE DARA UNIT OF WANGAYA REGIONAL HOSPITAL ABSTRACT Caesarean Section is an incision in the abdominal wall to remove the fetus and placenta intact. Post-cesarean section can cause pain in the abdominal incision wound area. Post-cesarean section pain occurs after 18 hours of labor with a severe pain scale. In addition to the use of pharmacological therapy, non-pharmacological techniques are widely used in reducing pain in post-cesarean section patients. One of the non-pharmacological techniques that can overcome pain is endorphin massage. The purpose of this study was to describe nursing care for acute pain with endorphin massage in post-cesarean section mothers in the Dara Room of Wangaya Hospital. This study is a descriptive study with a case study type that reports nursing care with a nursing process approach. The results of this scientific work obtained major and minor data during the assessment including complaining of pain, grimacing face, restlessness and positioning to relieve pain. The nursing diagnosis that was established was acute pain related to physical injury agents (Post-cesarean Section). The interventions carried out were pain management and administration of analgesics with endorphin massage innovation interventions. Implementation is carried out according to the SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI guidelines. The evaluation obtained after the implementation of nursing care for 3x24 hours is that the pain is resolved. The conclusion is that endorphin massage can reduce complaints of pain in post-cesarean section mothers and can be used as an independent nursing action based on complementary. .
