Abstract

NURSING CARE FOR ANXIETY WITH MUROTTAL QUR'AN IN BREAST CANCER PATIENTS IN THE WORK AREA OF UPTD PUSKESMAS I SOUTH DENPASAR Nadia Herlina Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email: nadialina1313@gmail.com ABSTRACT Anxiety in patients with chemotherapy is caused by some aspects including age education, chemotherapy wave profession, and cancer threshold. The purpose of this study was to determine the nursing care of Anxiety with Murottal Qur'an in Breast Cancer Patients in the Work Area of UPTD Puskesmas I South Denpasar. Assessment was carried out on 2 patients with complaints of anxiety with a HARS score of 26 each. The nursing diagnosis is anxiety related to the threat of death as evidenced by feeling confused, feeling worried about the consequences of the conditions faced, difficulty concentrating, looking restless, looking tense, difficulty sleeping. Implementation was carried out 3 visits for 30 minutes with the provision of Qur'an murottal therapy at each visit. The evaluation results showed a decrease in the level of anxiety with an average decrease of 12 scores and on the 3rd day 1st Patient HARS score was 14, & 2nd Patient HARS = 12 with the criteria for the results of confused verbalization decreased (5), verbalization of worry due to the conditions faced decreased (5), restless behavior decreased (5), tense behavior decreased, (5), concentration increased, (5), sleep patterns improved (5). The conclusion obtained is that Murottal Qur'an is effective in breast cancer patients with Anxiety nursing problems. It is hoped that health workers will increase the provision of Qur'anic murottal therapy as an alternative therapy and a companion to pharmacological therapy in reducing anxiety and reducing anxiety. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan Ansietas dengan Murottal Qur’an pada Pasien Kanker Payudara di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas I Denpasar Selatan. Pengkajian dilakukan pada 2 pasien dengan keluhan cemas dengan skor HARS masing-masing 26. Diagnosis keperawatan yaitu ansietas berhubungan dengan ancaman kematian dibuktikan dengan merasa bingung, merasa khawatir dengan akibat dari kondisi yang dihadapi, sulit berkonsentrasi, tampak gelisah, tampak tegang, sulit tidur. Implementasi dilakukan 3 kali kunjungan selama 30 menit dengan pemberian terapi murottal Qur’an setiap kunjungan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan terjadi penurunan tingkat ansietas dengan rata-rata penurunan 12 skor dan di hari ke-3 skor HARS Pasien I 14, & Pasien II HARS=12 dengan kriteria hasil verbalisasi bingung menurun(5), verbalisasi khawatir akibat kondisi yang dihadapi menurun (5), perilaku gelisah menurun (5), perilaku tegang menurun,(5), konsentrasi meningkat, (5), pola tidur membaik.(5). Kesimpulan yang diperoleh yaitu Murottal Qura’an efektif diberikan pada pasien kanker payudara dengan masalah keperawatan Ansietas. Diharapkan petugas kesehatan meningkatkan pemberian terapi murottal Qur’an sebagai salah satu terapi alternatif dan pendamping dari terapi farmakologis dalam menurunkan ansietas serta mengurangi annsietas pada pasien kanker payudara.
