Abstract
The use of implants in couples of childbearing age is still a major concernand a major problem for the health of countries in the world including developingcountries. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship betweenknowledge, parity, and husband support with the use of contraceptive implants at UPTD Puskesmas Kuta Utara in 2024. Type of quantitative research with Cross- sectional approach, the study was conducted in February-March 2024 Samplingwith purposive techniques with a sample of 38 respondents, data collection usingquestionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability with test results of 0.361. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the rank-spearmantest. The results showed that the knowledge questionnaire analysis test showedpvalue: 0.001, parity with the use of contraceptive implant with test results p: 0.005and the relationship of husband support to the use of contraceptive implant (p=0.008). The conclusion was obtained that there is a relationship of knowledge, parity and support of the husband with the use of contraceptive implants. Goodknowledge of implantable contraception, high parity, and strong husband support are important factors that encourage women to use implanted contraceptives.
