Abstract

MIDWIFE CARE FOR MOTHER “DY” AGED 24 YEARS OF PRIMIGRAVIDA FROM 33 WEEK OF PREGNANCY 4 DAYS TO 42 DAYS OF PUBLICATION Case studies carried out in the Work Area Health Center I Denpasar Barat Health Office West Denpasar District 2022 ABSTRACT The role of the midwife is very important in providing midwifery care, in the life cycle of a woman. The writing of this case study report aims to find out the results of implementing comprehensive and continuous midwifery care given to "DY" Mother from 33 weeks 4 days of pregnancy to 42 days of the puerperium. The method used is a case report with data collection techniques through direct interviews and through social media, through examination, observation, and documentation of MCH books. Care is carried out from March 2022 to May 2022. The results of midwifery care that take place physically. This can be seen from the period of pregnancy which shows the mother is in good health and the problems experienced by the mother are still within normal limits. The mother's delivery process takes place at 40 weeks 1 day of pregnancy vaginally with the mother and baby in good health. Postpartum conditions include the process of involution, lochea expenditure and lactation, the mother runs normally and there are no problems during the puerperium. The condition of the newborn until the baby is 42 days old runs normally and there are no problems. Through the provision of midwifery care, it is expected to increase the knowledge of mothers to overcome various problems faced during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and infant so that mothers can go through all the processes smoothly. Keywords: pregnancy, labor, postpartum, baby ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “DY” USIA 24 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 33 MINGGU 4 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi kasus dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas I Denpasar Barat Dinas KesehatanKecamatan Denpasar Barat Tahun 2022 ABSTRAK Peran bidan sangat penting dalam memberikan asuhan kebidanan, pada siklus kehidupan seorang wanita. Penulisan laporan studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan yang diberikan pada Ibu “DY” dari usia kehamilan 33 minggu 4 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Metode yang digunakan adalah case report dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara secara langsung dan melalui media sosial, melalui pemeriksaan, observasi, serta dokumentasi buku KIA. Asuhan dilakukan sejak bulan Maret 2022 sampai dengan Mei 2022. Hasil asuhan kebidanan yang berlangsung secara fisiolgis. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari masa kehamilan yang menunjukkan ibu dalam keadaan sehat serta masalah yang dialami ibu masih dalam batas normal. Proses persalinan ibu berlangsung pada usia kehamilan 40 minggu 1 hari secara pervaginam dengan keadaan ibu dan bayi dalam keaadan sehat. Kondisi nifas meliputi proses involusi, pengeluaran lochea dan laktasi ibu berjalan dengan normal dan tidak ada masalah selama masa nifas. Kondisi bayi baru lahir sampai bayi berusia 42 hari berjalan secara normal dan tidak ada masalah. Melalui pemberian asuhan kebidanan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah yang dihadapi pada masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi sehingga ibu dapat menjalani segala prosesnya dengan lancar.
