Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF PROTEIN URINE LEVELS OF PREGNANT WOMAN IN PUSKESMAS II DENPASAR UTARA ABSTRACT Background : In addition to edema and hypertension, the presence of protein in the urine of pregnant women is one of the causes of preeclampsia. Examination of urine protein in pregnant women is very important in diagnosing preeclampsia. Objective : This study aims to describe the results of urine protein levels based on urine examination of pregnant women in the first, second, and third trimesters at Puskesmas II North Denpasar. Method : This research is descriptive by using incidental sampling technique. Data were collected from 32 respondents during the period March to April 2022. Samples were examined semi-quantitatively by dipstick test and read manually. Results : Based on the results of the examination of 32 samples, it showed that 27 urine samples (84.4%) were negative, three urine samples (9.4%) were positive 1 (+), and two urine samples (6.2%) were positive 2 (++). Conclusion : Based on the results above, it can be concluded that most of the pregnant women at Puskesmas II North Denpasar did not have positive urine protein results. Keywords: pregnant women, protein urine GAMBARAN KADAR PROTEIN RUINE PADA IBU HAMIL DI PUSKESMAS II DENPASAR UTARA ABSTRAK Latar belakang : Selain edema dan hipertensi, adanya protein pada urine ibu hamil merupakan salah satu penyebab terjadinya preeklampsia. Pemeriksaan protein urine pada ibu hamil sangat penting dalam mendiagnosa preeklampsia. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil kadar protein urine berdasarkan pemeriksaan urine ibu hamil trimester I, II, dan III di Puskesmas II Denpasar Utara. Metode : Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik insidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan dari 32 responden selama periode Maret sampai April 2022. Sampel diperiksa secara semi-kuantitatif dengan uji dipstik dan dibaca secara manual. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan terhadap 32 sampel menunjukkan bahwa 27 sampel urine (84,4%) negatif, tiga sampel urine (9,4%) positif 1 (+), dan dua sampel urine (6,2%) positif 2 (++). Simpulan : Berdasarkan hasil diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar ibu hamil di Puskesmas II Denpasar Utara tidak memiliki hasil protein urine positif. Kata kunci : ibu hamil, protein urine
