Abstract

MIDWIFERY CASE OF MRS. “SM” AGE 26 YEARS OF PRIMIGRAVIDA FROM AGE OF PREGNANCY 38 WEEKS 6 DAYS UNTIL 42 POSTPARTUM Care are Carried out in the Work Area Public Health Center of District Health Office Denpasar Utara II Years 2022 ABSTRACT Pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum are physiological things experienced by a woman, if not handled properly it will become pathological. This case report aims to identify the results of the implementation of midwifery care for Mrs. "SM" aged 26 years from 38 weeks of 6 days of pregnancy to 42 days of postpartum. The method used is a case report with interview data collection techniques, examination, observation and documentation. During pregnancy, the mother visited the health facility 11 times and at the end of her pregnancy the "SM" mother experienced a postdate, the pregnancy care for the Mrs. "SM" was not up to standard because the frequency of antenatal care visits was not appropriate and the Mrs. "SM" did not check her pregnancy in the first trimester and laboratory tests were carried out in the second trimester. The delivery process took place at 40 weeks 5 days of gestation pathologically with sectio caesarea with a diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes and induction failure, the delivery process for Mrs. "SM" was not up to standard because IMD was not performed. During the postpartum, the process of uterine involution, lochea expulsion and lactation for 42 days took place physiologically, KF 1, KF 2, KF 3 and KF 4 visits were carried out. KN 1, KN 2 and KN 3, but at the time the baby was not hospitalized. The mother and baby have received treatment according to the procedure so that it does not cause complications that can be life threatening. Health workers, especially midwives, are expected to continue to provide health services according to service standards in order to improve the welfare of mothers and children. Key words : midwifery care, pregnancy, childbirth. postpartum, neonates ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU “SM” UMUR 26 TAHUN PRIMIGRAVIDA DARI UMUR KEHAMILAN 38 MINGGU 6 HARI SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Asuhan Dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas II Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Utara Tahun 2022 ABSTRAK Kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas merupakan suatu hal yang bersifat fisiologis yang dialami oleh seorang wanita, jika tidak ditangani dengan baik akan menjadi patologis. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada Ibu “SM” umur 26 tahun dari umur kehamilan 38 minggu 6 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Metode yang digunakan adalah case report dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pada masa kehamilan, ibu melakukan kunjungan ke fasilitas kesehatan sebanyak 11 kali dan pada akhir kehamilan ibu “SM” mengalami postdate, asuhan kehamilan pada ibu “SM” belum sesuai dengan standar karena frekuensi kunjungan antenatal care tidak sesuai serta Ibu “SM” tidak memeriksakan kehamilan pad trimester I dan pemeriksaan laboratorium dilakukan pada trimester II. Proses persalinan berlangsung pada umur kehamilan 40 minggu 5 hari secara patologis dengan tindakan sectio caesarea dengan diagnosa ketuban pecah dini dan kegagalan induksi, proses persalinan Ibu “SM” belum sesuai dengan standar karena tidak dilakukan IMD. Ketika masa nifas proses involusi uterus, pengeluaran lochea dan laktasi selama 42 hari berlangsung fisiologis, sudah dilakukan kunjungan KF 1, KF 2, KF 3 dan KF 4. Perkembangan kondisi bayi baru lahir hingga bayi berumur 42 hari berlangsung secara fisiologis, sudah dilakukan kunjungan KN 1, KN 2 dan KN 3, namun pada saat bayi tidak dilakukan rawat gabung selama di Rumah Sakit. Ibu dan bayi telah mendapat penanganan sesuai prosedur sehingga tidak menyebabkan komplikasi yang dapat mengancam nyawa. Untuk tenaga kesehatan khusunya bidan diharapkan tetap memberikan pelayanan Kesehatan sesuai standar pelayanan agar dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan ibu dan anak.
