Abstract

The Descrition Of Hemoglobin Levels In Pregnant Woman In Work Area Of Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas Tampaksiring I ABSTRACT Background Anemia in pregnancy is a major health problem in developing countries with a high level of morbidity in pregnant women. The incidence of anemia in pregnancy is a condition of pregnant women with hemoglobin (Hb) levels <11 g/dL in the first and third trimesters, meanwhile in the second trimester Hb levels <10.5 g/dL. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the work area of Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas Tampaksiring I. The research method used a descriptive type of research conducted in January-May 2022 with a total of 38 respondents obtained by random sampling technique. Hemoglobin levels were measured by the Point Of Care Testing (POCT) method. The results showed that 38 respondents (42.1%) had low hemoglobin levels, (55.3%) had normal hemoglobin levels, and (2.6%) had high hemoglobin levels. Low hemoglobin levels were mostly found in pregnant women who were in the range of 18-25 years, with less knowledge and were in a risky gestational age (Trimester I and III) and did not comply in taking blood-boosting tablets (TTD). The conclusion of this study is that most pregnant women have normal hemoglobin levels in the range of 11.2-12.5 g/dL in the first & third trimester and 10.8-11.9 g/dL in the second trimester with a percentage of 55.3%. . Keywords: pregnancy, hemoglobin Gambaran Kadar Hemoglobin Pada Ibu Hamil Di Wilayah Kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas Tampaksiring I ABSTRAK Latar Belakang Anemia pada kehamilan merupakan masalah kesehatan utama di negara berkembang dengan tingkat kesakitan yang tinggi pada ibu hamil. Kejadian anemia pada kehamilan merupakan kondisi ibu hamil dengan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) < 11 g/dL pada trimester I dan III, sedangkan pada trimester II kadar Hb <10,5 g/dL. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas Tampaksiring I. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan pada bulan Januari-Mei 2022 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 38 orang yang diperoleh dengan teknik random sampling. Kadar hemoglobin diukur dengan metode Point Of Care Testing (POCT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 38 responden sebanyak (42,1%) memiliki kadar hemoglobin rendah, (55,3%) kadar hemoglobin normal, dan (2,6%) kadar hemoglobin tinggi. Kadar hemoglobin rendah sebagian besar ditemukan pada ibu hamil yang berusia 18-25 tahun, dengan pengetahuan kurang dan berada dalam usia kehamilan beresiko (Trimester I dan III) serta tidak patuh dalam mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah (TTD). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar ibu hamil memiliki kadar hemoglobin normal pada rentang 11,2-12,5 pada Trimester I & III dan rentang 10,8-11,9 pada Trimester II dengan presentase sebesar 55,3%. .
