Abstract

Visualization of Self-Acceptance in Paranoid Schizophrenia Patients at the Bali Provincial Mental Hospital in 2022 ABSTRACT The term Schizophrenia is generally understood to a disorder of thought and perception, people with schizophrenia often feels controlled with an unknown force beyond themselves; delusions, autism, and abnormal fluctuation in feelings that merged with reality. Each schizophrenic patient will have different a response and perceptions. This depends on their personality and self-resistance to stress, self-concept, self-image and self-acceptance. This research aims to understand the Visualization of Self-Acceptance in Paranoid Schizophrenia Patients at the Bali Provincial Mental Hospital in 2022. Quantitative descriptive method is used in this research and conducted at the Bali Provincial Mental Hospital in April-May 2020 through a purposive sampling technique of 36 respondents. With this research, it was found that the average respondents age who indicates having paranoid schizophrenia disorder was 36-40 years old with a total of 21 persons (63,3%), with a majority of men with a total of 28 (84,8%), high school education as many as 21 persons (63,6%), 17 persons are not married (51,5%). Self-acceptance category for all respondents is in the good category (100%). This research show that self-acceptance of people with schizophrenia at the Bali Provincial Mental Hospital is excellent. It is expected that the research subjects are able to carry out all the formal or informal roles. Keywords: self-acceptance, patients, paranoid schizophrenia GAMBARAN PENERIMAAN DIRI PADA PENDERITA SKIZOFRENIA PARANOID DI UPTD RSJ DINKES PROVINSI BALI TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Sizofrenia adalah gangguan pada pikiran dan persepsi, kadang kadang merasa dikendalikan oleh kekuatan dari luar dirinya, waham, autisme, dan perubahan perasaan abnormal yang menyatu dengan situasi yang sebenarnya. Setiap pasien akan merespon dan mempunyai persepsi yang berbeda-beda. Hal ini tergantung pada kepribadian dan ketahanan diri terhadap stres, konsep diri dan citra diri serta penerimaan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Penerimaan Diri Pada Penderita Skizofrenia Paranoid di UPTD RSJ Dinkes Provinsi Bali Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan di UPTD RSJ Dinkes Provinsi Bali pada bulan April-Mei 2022 melalui teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 36 responden. Ditemukan responden rata-rata usia terbanyak yang terindikasi skizofrenia paranoid yaitu berusia 36-40 tahun dengan jumlah 21 orang (63,3 %), dengan mayarotis berjenis kelamin laki-laki dengan jumlah 28 orang (84,8 %), pendidikan sekolah menengah sebanyak 21 orang (63,6 %), status menikah yaitu belum menikah sebanyak 17 orang (51.5 %). Kategori penerimaan diri semua responden termasuk kategori baik (100%). Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerimaan diri penderita skizofrenia di UPTD RSJ Dinkes Provinsi Bali adalah baik. Diharpkan kepada subjek penelitian mampu menjalankan semua peran formal ataupun informal dengan baik. Kata Kunci : Penerimaan Diri, Pasien, Skizofrenia Paranoid
