Abstract

GAMBARAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA PENDERITA DIABETES MELITUS TIPE II DI UPTD PUSKESMAS I DENPASAR UTARA TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 adalah penyakit yang ditandai dengan adanya hiperglikemia akibat sekresi insulin yang tidak memadai. Penderita DM Tipe 2 sering mempunyai tekanan darah tinggi atau sama dengan 150/90 mmHg. Hal ini melatar belakangi penulis untuk meneliti Gambaran Tekanan Darah Pada Penderita Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 Di UPTD Puskesmas I Denpasar Utara Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran tekanan darah pada penderita diabetes melitus tipe 2 di UPTD Puskesmas I Denpasar Utara Tahun 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai adalah nonprobability sampling yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah 70 orang. Berdasarkan karakteristik diperoleh lebih banyak penderita diabetes melitus tipe 2 berumur 55-64 tahun sebanyak 26 orang (37,1%) dengan mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 38 orang (54,3%). Sebagian besar penderita diabetes melitus tipe 2 mengalami hipertensi stage 1 sebanyak 34 orang (48,6%). Penderita diabetes melitus tipe 2 lebih banyak berusia 55-64 tahun menderita hipertensi stage I sebanyak 14 orang (41,2%) sebagian besar penderita diabetes melitus tipe 2 berjenis kelamin perempuan mengalami hipertensi stage I sebanyak 21 orang (61,8%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diharapkan dilakukan upaya dalam membenahi tekanan darah pada penderita sehingga mampu mengurangi dampak akibat hipertensi pada dm tipe 2. DESCRIPTION OF BLOOD PRESSURE IN PATIENTS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS AT UPTD PUSKESMAS I DENPASAR UTARA IN 2022 ABSTRACT Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is a disease characterized by hyperglycemia due to inadequate insulin secretion. Patients with type 2 diabetes often have high blood pressure or equal to 150/90 mmHg. This is the background for the author to examine the description of blood pressure in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at the UPTD Puskesmas I North Denpasar in 2022. This study aims to find out how the description of blood pressure in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at the UPTD Puskesmas I North Denpasar in 2022. Method The research used is descriptive documentation. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, namely purposive sampling with a total of 70 people. Based on the characteristics, there were 26 people with type 2 diabetes mellitus aged 55-64 years (37.1%) with the majority of respondents being female as many as 38 people (54.3%). Most people with type 2 diabetes mellitus have stage 1 hypertension as many as 34 people (48.6%). Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus aged 55-64 years suffered from stage I hypertension as many as 14 people (41.2%) most of the type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were female experienced stage I hypertension as many as 21 people (61.8%). Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that efforts will be made to improve blood pressure in patients so that they can reduce the impact of hypertension in type 2 diabetes.
