Abstract

GAMBARAN PENGELOLAAN MOBILISASI DINI PADA PASIEN STROKE DENGAN GANGGUAN MOBILITAS FISIK DI RSD MANGUSADA BADUNG TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Kejadian kasus stroke di Indonesia cukup tinggi mencapai 100-300 orang per 100.000 penduduk dan meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pengelolaan mobilisasi dini pada pasien stroke dengan gangguan mobilitas fisik di RSD Mangusada Badung Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi dokumentasi data sekunder. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 25 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden stroke pada rentang usia 55-65 tahun (32%). Berdasarkan jenis kelamin diperoleh hasil bahwa stroke lebih banyak terjadi pada laki-laki (52%). Sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat pendidikan SMA (76%). Jenis stroke pada responden sebagian besar adalah stroke non hemoragik (84%). Tindakan keperawatan pada komponen observasi yaitu mengidentifikasi adanya nyeri atau keluhan fisik lainnya, mengidentifikasi toleransi fisik melakukan pergerakan, dan memonitor kondisi tubuh umum selama melakukan mobilisasi belum sepenuhnya dilakukan dan belum terdokumentasi dengan lengkap. Tindakan keperawatan pada komponen terapeutik yaitu tindakan memfasilitasi aktivitas mobilisasi dengan alat bantu pagar tempat tidur, dan memfasilitasi melakukan pergerakan belum sepenuhnya dilakukan dan belum terdokumentasi dengan lengkap. Tindakan keperawatan pada komponen edukasi sudah dilakukan secara keseluruhan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan mobilisasi dini pada pasien stroke dengan gangguan mobilitas fisik di RSD Mangusada Badung Tahun 2022 sudah dilakukan dengan baik. The results showed that most of the stroke respondents were in the age range of 55-65 years (32%). Based on gender, the results showed that stroke was more common in men (52%). Most of the respondents have a high school education level (76%). The type of stroke in the majority of respondents was non-hemorrhagic stroke (84%). Nursing actions on the observation component, namely identifying the presence of pain or other physical complaints, identifying physical tolerance for movement, and monitoring general body condition during mobilization have not been fully carried out and have not been fully documented. Nursing actions on the therapeutic component, namely the act of facilitating mobilization activities with bed railing aids, and facilitating movement have not been fully carried out and have not been fully documented. Nursing actions on the education component have been carried out as a whole. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the management of early mobilization in stroke patients with impaired physical mobility at Mangusada Badung Hospital in 2022 has been carried out well.
