Abstract
STUDY OF NUTRITIONAL STATUS AT ADMISSION, LIPID PROFILE AND LENGTH OF STAY CORONARY HEART PATIENTS AT SANGLAH HOSPITAL IN 2017 (SECONDARY DATA ANALYSIS OF MEDICAL RECORD REPORT) ABSTRAK Cardiovascular disease remains the biggest cause of death in the world. Cardiovascular disease becomes one of the problems facing in the hospital. This is a health issue that requires serious and comprehensive treatment. Nutrition plays an important role in preventing the occurrence of cardiovascular disease, especially Coronary Heart Disease through efforts to regulate diet and maintain optimal nutritional status. The nutritional status of the patient is closely related to the length of stay. Research on the study of early nutritional status, lipid profile and the length of stay of care of coronary heart patients at Sanglah Hospital in 2017 is done in the Medical Record Report. The type of research used is observational research with cross sectional design using quantitative research method of secondary data analysis. This study aims to determine the description of the initial nutritional status at admission, lipid profile and length of stay of coronary heart patients at Sanglah Hospital in 2017. Based on the patient's initial nutritional status data, the highest proportion are patients with more nutritional status (52,85%) and lipid profile (62.85%), LDL (82.85%), HDL (62.85%) and triglyceride levels (58.57%) with length of stay (<7 days) . The average length of day of care for coronary heart patients for five days. Keywords : Nutritional status at admission, lipid profile, length of stay and CHD. STUDI STATUS GIZI AWAL, PROFIL LIPID DAN LAMA HARI RAWAT PASIEN JANTUNG KORONER DI RSUP SANGLAH TAHUN 2017 (ANALISIS DATA SEKUNDER LAPORAN REKAM MEDIK) ABSTRAK Penyakit kardiovaskuler tetap menjadi penyebab terbesar kematian di dunia. Penyakit kardiovaskuler menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi rumah sakit. Hal ini menjadi masalah kesehatan yang membutuhkan penanganan serius dan komprehensif. Gizi memegang peranan penting dalam mencegah terjadinya penyakit kardiovaskuler khususnya Penyakit Jantung Koroner melalui upaya mengatur pola makan dan mempertahankan status gizi optimal. Status gizi pasien erat kaitannya dengan lama hari rawat. Penelitian mengenai studi status gizi awal, profil lipid dan lama hari rawat pasien jantung koroner di RSUP Sanglah tahun 2017 ini dilakukan di Bagian Rekam Medik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif analisis data sekunder. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran status gizi awal, profil lipid dan lama hari rawat pasien jantung koroner di RSUP Sanglah tahun 2017. Berdasarkan data status gizi awal pasien, proporsi terbanyak adalah pasien yang memiliki status gizi lebih (52,85%) dan kadar profil lipid yang tergolong tidak normal yaitu kolesterol (62,85%), kadar LDL (82,85%), kadar HDL (62,85%) dan kadar trigliserida (58,57%) dengan lama hari rawat yaitu < 7 hari (71%). Rata-rata lama hari rawat pasien jantung koroner yaitu selama lima hari. Kata kunci : Status gizi awal, profil lipid, lama hari rawat, PJK.
