LITERATURE REVIEW : NUTRITION EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND CHANGES OF BEHAVIOR TO THE APPLICATION OF BALANCED NUTRITION DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC ABSTRACT The corona virus disease (Covid-19) has swept across the world, from the beginning it was first discovered in Wuhan, China on December 1, 2019, then spread throughout the world. This disease is classified as a new virus for the human immune system, so not everyone has a natural immune system that can fight the virus. This causes the virus to spread quickly from the initial detection of the virus. Literature analysis was carried out by summarizing the research results in journals relevant to the issues discussed. The results of the journal literature study showed that from 7 journals discussing the relationship between nutrition education and knowledge, it was found that there was a significant relationship between providing balanced nutrition education and increasing respondents' knowledge, as evidenced by the post test results being greater than the pre test value, this proves that there is a relationship between providing education. nutrition to increase respondents' knowledge.
