Abstract
SCHOOL CHILDREN'S NUTRITIONAL STATUS BASED ON MOM'S KNOWLEDGE OF NUTRITION AND MENU COMPOSITION FOR SCHOOL (LITERATURE REVIEW) ABSTRACT Nutritional status is a measure of a person's body condition as seen from the food he consumes and the use of nutrients in the body. The process of growth and development of children can be influenced by nutritional status, therefore providing nutritious food intake to children can meet their nutritional needs to support their growth and development. The difference can be seen in students with normal nutritional status that will show good growth and development, that is, children will be agile and enthusiastic in doing all activities well at school. Nutritional status has many indicators, one of which is the indicator of body weight according to age (BW / U) which can be divided into 4 categories of nutritional status, namely malnutrition, malnutrition, good nutrition and excess nutrition. Nutrition based on Mother's Knowledge Level and School Food Menu Composition. This research is a comparative study using a literature study with qualitative methods conducted in February-March 2021. The reviewed journals according to the inclusion criteria and published from 2012-2020. The results of the literature study from 10 journals that have been reviewed found differences in nutritional status of school children based on the level of maternal nutritional knowledge and composition of school lunch menus.
