Abstract
OVERVIEW OF STRESS LEVELS IN PATIENTS WITH GASTRITIS AT THE PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER SUKAWATI I GIANYAR REGENCY IN 2021 Gastritis is the most common digestive problem. Gastritis can be acute or chronic, gastritis is caused by several factors including lifestyle, consuming spicy food, drinking excessive alcohol and caffeine and stress. The stress level in people with gastritis can be measured using a stress level measuring scale, including the DASS. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of stress in gastritis patients in the Work Area of the UPT Kesmas I Gianyar in 2021. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional research design that emphasized the measurement or observation time of variable data only once regarding the results of the stress level in gastritis patients. The study was conducted in April with a sample of 32 people using side nonprobability techniques. The results of this study indicate the majority of respondents aged 17-26 years with moderate stress levels as many as 12 people (37,5%). Based on the results of the research, it is recommend to use as a basis for further research with other methods such as measuring stress levels using the Kessler psychological distress Scale or reversing responses so that the results obtained are more optimal.
