Abstract
RISK PREGNANCY DESCRIPTION AND REGULATION OF ANTENATAL CARE IN THE WORKING AREA OF PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE KLUNGKUNG I ABSTRACT High-risk pregnancy is a condition that can affect the condition of the mother and fetus in the pregnancy at hand. The impact of this high-risk pregnancy can be prevented through regular antenatal care. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of high-risk pregnancies and the regularity of antenatal care in the work area of Public Health Service Klungkung I. This study used a descriptive observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study amounted to 138 people. The sample was selected using a non-probability sampling technique, namely total sampling. As for the description of high risk pregnancies at the Public Health Service Klungkung I. The majority are at high risk of gestational age > 35 years, too many children > 4 times, history of cesarean / cesarean section, getting pregnant too soon <2 years and disease history. The results of this study also describe the regularity of ANC in the Klungkung I Public Health Centre. It can be concluded that most pregnant women in the working area of routinely perform ANC checks. Pregnant women with high risk are expected to be active in seeking various information about their pregnancy that can be discussed with the midwife.
