Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF HUSBAND’S KNOWLEDGE ABOUT BLOOD DONOR PREPARATION FOR PREGNANT WOMEN The study was carried out in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Puskesmas I Health office in the East Denpasar Sub-District in 2021 ABSTRACT Preparation of blood donors for pregnant women is an effort to prevent delays in handling bleeding complications that require blood transfusions. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of husband's knowledge in preparing blood donors for pregnant women at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of Puskesmas I Health Office of East Denpasar District. The research design is descriptive quantitative research using purposive sampling technique. The study was conducted on April 30 -15 May 2021 with 52 respondents from the husbands of pregnant women in the third trimester. The data used is primary data. The instrument of data collection was in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the study of 52 respondents 77% had good knowledge, and 23% knowledgeable enough. The description of husband's knowledge of respondents in the age range of 20-40 years is mostly in good knowledge (73%), in the age range 41-60 years all respondents have good knowledge (100%). The description of husband's knowledge based on the education history of SD/SMP has good knowledge (4%) and sufficient (4%), while SMA (31%) and Diploma/Bachelor (42%) mostly have good knowledge. The description of husband's knowledge based on information from health workers, all respondents received information from health workers and most of them were in the good knowledge category (77%). Suggestions in this study are intended for several parties including health workers, midwives at Puskesmas I, East Denpasar District Health Office, and for further researchers. GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN SUAMI TENTANG PERSIAPAN PENDONOR DARAH BAGI IBU HAMIL Studi dilakukan di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas I Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Timur Tahun 2021 ABSTRAK Persiapan pendonor darah bagi ibu hamil adalah upaya untuk mencegah keterlambatan penanganan komplikasi perdarahan yang membutuhkan tranfusi darah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran pengetahuan suami dalam persiapan pendonor darah bagi ibu hamil di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Puskesmas I Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Timur. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian deskiptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 30 April -15 Mei 2021 dengan responden suami ibu hamil trimester III berjumlah 52 orang, menggunakan data primer. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian dari 52 responden 77% memiliki pengetahuan baik, dan berpengetahuan cukup 23%. Gambaran pengetahuan suami pada responden rentang usia 20 – 40 tahun sebagian besar berpengetahuan baik (73%), rentang usia 41-60 tahun seluruh responden berpengetahuan baik (100%). Gambaran pengetahuan suami berdasarkan riwayat pendidikan SD/SMP berpengetahuan baik(4%) dan cukup (4%), sedangkan SMA (31%) dan Diploma/Sarjana (42%) sebagian besar berpengetahuan baik. Gambaran pengetahuan suami berdasarkan informasi dari petugas kesehatan seluruh responden mendapat informasi dari tenaga kesehatan dan sebagian besar masuk kategori pengetahuan baik (77%). Saran dalam penelitian ini ditujukan bagi beberapa pihak diantaranya bagi petugas kesehatan, bagi bidan di Puskesmas I Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Timur, dan bagi peneliti selanjutnya.
