Abstract
At the end of 2019 the world was shocked by the Corona Virus (COVID-19) incident. In the COVID-19 pandemic situation, many restrictions were imposed by the government, one of which was the health aspect which included all routine services including maternal and neonatal health services. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of physical activity and recreation in pregnant women during the pandemic in the Karangasem I Community Health Center. This study used a descriptive study. Descriptive research is one type of research that aims to describe or describe a situation objectively. The sample used was 43 people who met the inclusion criteria. The average age of the respondents was 24.91 years with the youngest age being 21 years and the oldest age was 30 years and a standard deviation of 2.359. Respondents based on physical activity and recreation of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic obtained 23 people (53.5%). This research is expected to be used as basic data for further research and this research can be developed with the latest theories and supported by research journals.
