Abstract
Dental and oral health is the healthy state of hard tissues and soft tissues of the teeth as well as related elements in the oral cavity, which allows individuals to eat, talk and interact socially without dysfunction, aesthetic disorders, discomfort due to disease, occlusion irregularities, and tooth loss so as to be able to live productively socially and economically. The purpose of this study is to find out the level of knowledge about dental and oral health in smokers. Respondents of this study was 30 people. This type of research is descriptive research with survey design. The study showed the percentage level of knowledge about oral health in smokers with good category is 33,33%, the enough category is 50%, and the less category is 16,67%. The average level of knowledge about dental and oral health in smokers was 70.33 with enought categories. It can be concluded that most of the level of knowledge about dental and oral health in smokers is in the enought category of 50% and the average level of knowledge of smokers is 70.33 with enought category.
