Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF RANGE O MOTION IN NON HEMORRHAGIC STROKE PATIENTS AT RSUD SANJIWANI GIANYAR IN 2021 The Care Study is done at RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar ABSTRACT Non-hemorrhagic stroke is a stroke that occurs due to blockage of blood vessels to the brain by plaque (a material consisting of protein, calcium and fat) which causes the flow of oxygen through the arteries to be obstructed. ROM is a joint movement exercise that allows muscle contraction and movement, where the client moves each joint according to normal movements, both actively and passively. The purpose of this study was to determine ROM in non hemorrhagic stroke patients at RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar. This research suggest a type of descriptive research with quantitative design. The study was conducted using data collection sheets from the medical records of 57 non hemorrhagic ROM stroke patients at Sanjiwani Gianyar Hospital. The results showed that the ROM part of the shoulder was mostly obtained by 22.8% of the respondents, the elbow part was mostly obtained by 84.2% of the respondents, the wrists and toes were mostly obtained by 100.0% of the respondents, the hips and knees were mostly obtained. as much as 12.3% of respondents get nursing action.
